Although it was located in an excellent location, it was also affordable. The negative things were that the restroom was small and there was only a small enough room for a shower. Also, outside noises can be heard very easily and at night.

The owner and the dog also have an wit. The room condition was clean, there was WiFi, the reception area was good, and the outside seating area was comfortable.

I stayed 4 nights with friends. We had three rooms. First of all it's a good location, quite quiet, but just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Everything worked. The shower was adequate. I had to turn on and off the water several times to get the hot water working, but it worked. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and my room had a new one recently installed. I really like that they give you water every day in glass bottles rather than plastic. My only complaint is that it's a bit noisy, not from the street but from the hotel's going on that starts early. I will happily stay here again in the future.

They have shampoo, bath gel, nice soft towels and bedding, great air conditioning, always a factor for me. My stay was planned with the hotel and I received a friendly welcome invite from the manager my. Adam. He was there to greet me on arrival, and I love how their staff is both kind and helpful. They delivered fresh toilet paper and two bottles of water per day, along with cleaning, and allow me to be out and about taking in amazing sights without a car, bike, or tutu, the quiet courtyard retreat is safe, and if requested, the upstairs breezeways are furnished with large chairs hiding the heat of the day, so I truly enjoyed! A small slice of home, in this regard. I had a hospital visit with my. Adam! I had stomach problems and checked into Chiang Mai Ram hospital, where I had a three day checkup. They are also great, personal service to the visitors! If that isn't a problem, consider trading the impersonal chain hotel on the main road, where, all you will hear is the noise of cars. And, they offer the best! Very helpful staff.
