The view is the most important thing for me. Its absolutely stunning. The room is also on the pretty side. There is an ac that works well. No fridge at least not in our room. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower has hot water. You get one roll of toilet paper at the beginning. We didnt see many bugs. We did have 2 small geckos in our room but they didnt bother us. The room is clean and you can ask housekeeping to clean it up at any time. Some things are also kind of broken or pretty old but not to the extent that it would be disturbing. Its not really all too quiet at night but its pretty tolerable. The way up to the room is very exhausting as it is on the hill by a bit. And definitely not suitable for wheelchairs. There is a swimming pool you can use free from 10.00 to 21.00. The pool is nice and looks exactly like the picture. There is also a pool bar which is not even too expensive.

Room was ok, staff very nice. The tours they offer are standard throghout the island, reassonable. Location is excellent, 15 min walk from pier, 5 min walk from main attractions, 5 min walk from partying by the beach for youngsters. I am just upset at the fact that i needed 2 extra hours in the room, and they charged me for one full night. I do understand rules are rules, but i feel that they could have been a little more flexible. Rules can always be bent. I would have gladly paid like 10% of what they charged me.

The place is so nice, full of trees. Just only restroom is too small. Big thanks to staff, they were helping me to do handstand (365 days handstand challenge) and charging my cellphone (forgot a charging cable).

We loved this place. We thought it was a great deal for the price. The location was great1 close to town but not in the middle of it so we could sleep at night, but we also didn’t have to hike up a mountain to get to it every day. The AC worked well and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Staff was also nice.

Un super site loin du bruit tout en étant proche des plages. Une piscine avec Bar ce qui permet de boire un excellentissime Maï Taï dans l’eau, préparé avec produit frais par le maître des lieux. Côté nourriture rien à dire, tout est excellent. Leurs frites sont meilleures qu’en France. L’etablissement propose des petits déjeuner très copieux, très bons et surtout peu coûteux. La direction et toute l’equipe sont adorables. À recommandé vivement.

This is one of the nicest and most affordable hotels around, it's at the end of a relatively quite street away from the crowds. Lady's at the front desk will help you with anything and the food is great, bartender at the back pool is amazing also. To anyone who rated this place poor due to the garbage outside and occasional sewer smell, do your research before coming to Phi Phi, that's how it is everywhere in SE Asia. Better yet stay back in America.

Meskipun kamarnya tidak seragam dan kamar mandinya tidak standar Eropa, kompleks ini mengesankan dengan pesona yang sangat istimewa. Semua orang sangat ramah dan membantu, suasana bagus, bar kolam renang yang bagus, dan sebagainya. Harganya juga (sangat) adil. Juga jauh dari keramaian pantai atau gang-gang di tengahnya. Secara keseluruhan, sangat direkomendasikan untuk orang-orang berusia sekitar 30- an yang sedang melintas dan ingin melepas penat sejenak.

Seluruh bungalow memiliki suasana yang menyenangkan. Pekarangannya seperti labirin dan menarik. Ada juga kolam renang. Namun, ruangannya gelap dan berbau jamur. Tidak disarankan untuk orang dengan masalah trakea. Tempat menginapnya murah, jadi cocok untuk orang yang ingin berhemat. Saya pindah hotel karena bau jamur di kamar saya. Stafnya sangat baik.

The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, and there are so many animals. Wish we could have stayed longer. I didnt get a chance to swim in the pool, but i went over to check it out.

Pengalaman terburuk saat berlibur di Thailand. Kamar penuh jamur, seprai kotor, dan kamar mandi dalam kondisi buruk. Anda merasa seperti jatuh kapan saja. Kami awalnya meminta kamar lain, tetapi yang kedua memiliki masalah yang sama dengan yang pertama. Saat itu kami meminta untuk segera membersihkan kamar baru, tetapi tidak ada. Bagaimana bisa kita tidak mengatakannya! Jadi mereka juga kasar. Untuk harga yang kami bayar atau lebih tepatnya lebih murah, kami hampir mendapatkan suite di Phuket! Menurut saya, mereka terlalu banyak memanfaatkannya! Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini dan juga pulau itu.

Kami menginap di sana pada tahun Fasilitas yang luar biasa, kami memiliki bungalow di tepi kolam renang dan juga di tepi kolam renang, yang merupakan yang terbaik untuk junior kami dan tentu saja untuk kami. Kompleksnya agak jauh, jadi tidak bisa melihat pesta dan di bawah pohon juga enak, serasa di tengah semak Sarapan sudah termasuk, semua orang sangat ramah dan membantu. Kapan pun.
