Cadre parfait, petite cabane individuelle avec ventilateur, qui fait parfaitement l'affaire il ne faisait pas chaud dans la piece malgré les 35 degrés dehors. Personnel au top toujours souriant et prêt a aider, vraiment je recommande. Seul petit bémol l'absence de frigo vraiment pas pratique mais vu le rapport qualité prix c'est pas bien grave.

We were surprised by the negative reviews online, as our experience was genuinely positive. This is a solid choice for a stay on Koh Lipe. • Location: Excellent. Right on Pattaya Beach and very close to Walking Street. You are in the middle of everything. • Room: Clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. It is simple, but it covers the basics perfectly. • Value: Good value for money. You get a prime location without the extreme prices found elsewhere on the island. Don't let the bad reviews scare you off. If you want a central base and realistic standards, this place works well.

Hôtel bien, c'est sûr c'est très touristique et pas donné pour les prestations ( notamment les salles d'eau très mal agencé,mais rare hôtel avec la clim et l'eau chaude ! Beaucoup de choix au petit dej. L' île en revanche, très déçue, beaucoup de marijuana en vente et fumée sur place, trop de monde, trop construite...bref si vous aimez kho phi phi vous allez adorer, sinon, passez votre chemin. A 2h aller de koh Muk (ou koh mook) en bateau ou vous ne serez pas malade seulement si la mer est calme (aller horrible, retour ok en ce qui me concerne) ça ne vaut pas le coup. Rester sur la première beaucoup plus authentique et sympa...

Trevligt hotell med placering vid stranden. Otrolig hjälp vid ankomst och avresa. De mötte upp oss vid båten och hjälpte ankommande gäster med väskorna via en vagn upp till hotellet vidare till rummet när vi checkat in. Samma sak vid avresa. Hjälp från rummet till båten med väskorna.

Местоположение замечательное, территория большая чистая и уютная. Коттедж с вентилятором конечно уже уставший, но функционирует в е нормально, спится отлично. Завтраки на любой вкус- поострее, диетические, сладости и арбуз с ананасом. Бассейн просто шикарный. Не хватало холодильника. Нет wi-fi в номере. В обшем и целом- рекомендуем

Vi bodde i ett hotellrum (och inte bungalow) vilket vi tyckte var bra. Helt ok fräscht, tyst och bra läge på ön precis vid Walking street och väldigt nära där båten släpper av dig. Minus för personalen i receptionen. Vi fick stå i kö i över en timme för att checka in då det var strul med ett sällskap längst fram i kön. En serviceinriktad personal skulle ju ha tagit detta sällskap åt sidan och hjälpt oss andra men så var inte fallet och deras attityd kan helt klart förbättras liksom deras engelskakunskaper.

My family and I stayed here with our two condo rooms and one family room. The check-in list listed that our room did not have the necessary equipment. No hot water is provided, so we have to pay 300 thaibaht per night if we want it. The next day, the room did not clean up, the water refill was lost and no longer available, which is absurd because the resort at a diving spot. When I asked the front desk, they told me that I had to tell them by noon if we wanted the room cleaned. They also told us to request the water and shampoo from the stock room in our own, not even assisting with the process for us. In short, this hotel is excellent in terms of location and the room itself. The majority of the employees have a standard approach to customer service. However, they simply go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy and want to make another day over.

After reading all the negative reviews, we were skeptical. No regrets choosing this hotel. Great value for what you get. Across the street from the immigration center and directly across from the walking street. The resort has sand all over, giving it a true beachy vacation vibe, as do all the wooden chalets. Lots of mosquitos! We reserved a deluxe room and had our bungalow right in front of the swimming pool. It was very small, and I would not suggest it to more than two people. There is a small back porch to dry your towels, etc. The electricity went out a few times, so this needs some attention. The pool is large and clean, with more beds, chairs, and polar beach that is beautiful but busy. The beach off the other side of walking street is much better for swimming and snorkeling. The staff was welcoming, but their English was really bad, making it challenging to communicate. I tried calling and emailing before the trip, but they did not even respond. Despite the negative reviews, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Last year, we stayed at an adamant resort, and had a better oh-like experience in vain.
