Sangat kecewa mengingat harganya. Villanya tidak bersih, semua kursi bernoda. Mereka tidak menghormati sarapan. Jangan datang untuk membersihkan meskipun kami memintanya. Kolam renangnya sangat tidak terawat. Sangat dingin karena pencahayaannya buruk yang tidak sesuai dengan foto di situs web. Staf berbicara sedikit bahasa Inggris. Minibar terlalu mahal. Ada penipuan dengan taksi, kami membutuhkan banyak uang untuk menempuh jarak 7 km. Kami tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini. Kami membayar lebih sedikit di hotel lain untuk kualitas layanan yang lebih baik.

Amazing place for couple !! Quiet place if you want chill and enjoy alone with your partner. The villa was amazing and the private pool also (just little cold, but it was hot day so sometimes its good) Just need a scooter because its far from everything.

Saya merasa ingin muntah ketika makan sarapan yang sama setiap hari. Pada hari ketiga, saya merasa ingin muntah jika makan. Burung super tidak buang air besar, bus bandara tidak lewat, tidak ada restoran atau toko serba ada dalam jarak sepuluh mil dan tidak ada mobil.

I had a great time at villa sonata phuket. Its a lovely quiet place with good privacy and friendly smiling staff. The hotel is in a good residential area in the hill area. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

I stayed there in february. The villa is beautiful, and the staff and owner, idk who he was, but he was the best host i have ever met in my life. He gave us noodles for free for two days because we are vegetarians and had issues with food availability at that time. Grab wasnt delivering food properly. It was a beautiful villa with full privacy, and it was one of the best moments of my thailand trip there. I had some problems during checkout because my voucher said 4 pm but we were asked to leave at 1 pm, the travel company apologized. That was a bummer. Overall, great stay. Would love to visit again.

Tidak ada pembersihan sama sekali, kolam renang harus dibersihkan, banyak serangga, air kamar mandi tidak cepat terkuras, dan tempatnya jauh dari jalan raya dan acara.

I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. The villas are amazing. Malls, clubs and hospitals are far away. We love privacy and peace. Miss nuk and eye are good to help. If you love nature, you will love villas. Very good service. Breakfast is simple. Amazing experience.

Kolam renang dan kamarnya tidak dibersihkan. Setelah keluhan kami yang sangat ramah, kami diberi kamar baru, yang masih kotor dan kami harus menunggu 2 jam. Ini tidak masalah jika hotelnya berada di lokasi yang berbeda, tetapi bagi kami itu hanya waktu menunggu dengan minuman yang kami bayar sendiri. Sayang sekali! Kalau tidak bagus. Poin minus hanya pada lokasi dan pelayanan. Tapi Anda bisa mengetahuinya terlebih dahulu. Jika Anda tidak ingin berada di Phuket secara langsung, Anda harus mempertimbangkan resor.

This villa was a truly lovely place to stay. We booked a duplex pool view room. It was very affordable and they really didnt bother us much. Its a very serene place. It also has a bathtub. It was well maintained with skeleton staff. Please take 2000 baht as deposit. We didnt know, but they were accommodating to let us get the money later and give it to them. Check in is at 2 pm, but we gave an extra 1000 baht for early check in.

The room is quite large. However, the private swimming pool is relatively small, and there is no large public swimming pool. The mattress was damaged on the first day i checked in, but it was replaced on time the next day. Both the man who checked in at the front desk and the girl who checked out were very enthusiastic.
