The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service staff are very good. Someone helps carry bags. Check in is easy. There are rooms available. You can check in so you dont have to wait. The food is ok. There is a beautiful view of the pool. Near restaurants.

Because the hotel is spotless, we heartily endorse hotel w 3 in thailand khla. We were given a tidy room with adequate amenities like toiletries, mineral water, and a hair dryer. The room does not have an iron, you must contact reception to inquire, and someone will deliver it to your room later. The staff speaks malay and is excellent.

Overall, i am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Very clean and nice hotel for a short vacation. Their staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer a free shuttle service to the trip within 5 km from the hotel.

Love it! The location is between lee garden and central festival, but they provide a oneway shuttle service within a 5 km radius, which is very convenient for traveling around.

The facilities are mediocre and the location is somewhat remote. Perhaps the room i was given was right next to the elevator shaft, and there was an odd noise at night. The hotels prime features include spacious rooms, friendly staff, and free shuttles to popular areas in the city.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Their service is excellent from checkin to checkout. The atmosphere is pleasant, but at night the road or alley is a little dark. They provide a shuttle bus to explore hatyai. Additionally, they have a pool that is open from 7 am to 8 pm.

This hotel is lovely. The swimming pool was under maintenance when i was there. If you are a walker like me, the location is quite far from places. However, the hotel has a car to drop you off at locations around hat yai. The service is very nice and caring. Breakfast is alright.

I came to use the service for the second time and was impressed with the service provided by the staff. Good service to everyone. The hotel room smells clean. There is also a place for children to play on the second floor. I will definitely stay here again next time.

A lovely midrange hotel in hatyai, situated between downtown hatyai and prince of songkhla university, but hatyai is not large, so it is only about 2 km to either lee garden or psu. Convenient location and easy access to food places, including halal dining. The room is clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing pillows. These are probably the best pillows ive ever laid on. The hotel does offer breakfast (a la carte on weekdays and buffets on weekends) and has a nice pool and kid zone as well. Free tuktuk ride to your choice up to 5 km on the hour. I stayed in the normal room as well as the family room. The family room has 2 bedrooms, and the master room has a tub. There is a living room and 2 bathrooms with a small kitchenette. Parking is plentiful. Checkin is quick and easy and the staff are polite and fluent in english.

I stayed here for one night. The room is a bit old, but its still okay. I got a discount because the pool is under maintenance. The staff is very nice. Its definitely worth the price.

Ini kedua kalinya saya menggunakan layanan ini dan sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan stafnya. Memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada semua orang. Kamar hotelnya bersih. Ada juga taman bermain anak di lantai 2, lain kali saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Kamarnya sangat bersih, kamar luas, bahkan menambahkan extra bed tidak membuat risih. Tempat tidur dan bantalnya empuk dan nyaman. Extra bed lebih keras tapi nyaman untuk orang yang suka ranjang keras. Kamar mandinya berukuran bagus. Menginap selama 3 malam. Housekeeping membersihkan kamar dengan baik. Sarapan prasmanan standar nasi goreng, bubur, tumis, rebus, salad, roti, croissant, dll. Rasanya enak, kolam renangnya cocok untuk anak-anak, bersih dan stafnya sangat ramah.
