Pemandangannya indah, namun kamarnya tidak terlalu bersih. Tidak mengganti handuk dan selimut meskipun pengurus rumah tangga datang untuk membersihkannya setiap hari. Staf di depan lobi tidak tahu apa yang mereka bicarakan. Ween melemparkannya padahal itu kesalahan sekolah. Kamarnya bau dan kamar mandinya bau. Tidak ada tempat sampah di kamar mandi sebelah dapur. Kamar tidak kedap suara. Wastafel di belakang kamar mandi kurang bersih. Balkon di belakang banyak debu.

Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, kamar besar dan kolam renang yang indah. Sayangnya, AC di kamar terlalu berisik untuk hotel bintang 5. Anda harus merencanakan untuk menyewa mobil atau skuter karena jauh dari segalanya.

Lokasinya jauh dari pusat kota dan pantai. Tidak ada toko di dekatnya. Naik taksi juga sulit. Sangat tidak nyaman. Ada kebocoran air di kamar. Staf hotel sangat arogan dan tidak mengizinkan kami untuk check-in lebih awal. Ini adalah ulasan yang buruk. Tidak direkomendasikan.

Good hotel. Jaquci in the room is amazing..in front of the pool. We know Wyndham since pomoted by marketing name Alice when we arrived at Phuket airport. She is amazing and very friendly. We book for 1 night stay and will coming back again.

One of the most recognizable highend resorts in thailand. Most of the rooms and villas have a stunning view. The rooms are firstrate. The food and room service are the best, and the service is firstrate. Booking at the wynham sea pearl resort will not let you down if youre looking for elegance and class. The breakfast, lunch, and buffet options are excellent, and the pools are fantastic.

Salam untuk semua orang yang melakukan perjalanan! Saya tidak bisa mengatakan apa pun tentang hotel ini karena kami datang ke Spa kali ini! Itu luar biasa! Lebih dari dua jam berlalu dalam sekejap! Tentu saja, itu agak jauh dari hotel kami, tapi itu sepadan! Saya tidak pernah menyesal datang! Tempatnya indah dan atmosfernya memancarkan ketenangan! Saya merekomendasikan!

If you visit patong beach, i highly recommend checking out the Wyndham sea pearl. The rooms are great, they clean them daily, the front desk staff are helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate you. The staff at the onsite restaurant, alfa, are great, very friendly. They will help you with anything you need. I really enjoy this place, about 10 minutes from patong beach, but quiet at night and peaceful. I enjoyed sleeping with my patio door open at night. Look them up! For 2 weeks, there are many pools to lounge at.

Hotel yang mengerikan, kotor dan jelek! Foto palsu! Ada sarang semut dan kecoa di kamar kami! Selain itu, tempat tidurnya sama sekali tidak nyaman, kasurnya sangat keras yang mematikan punggung kami! Dan akhirnya, staf yang sangat tidak menyenangkan dan kasar! Jangan pernah pergi ke sana!

The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. Large bathtub and showers. Each room has a kitchenette with fridge, kettles, coffee, tea and water. There are cute designed towels on the bed in the shape of an elephant. The only downside is we had a poolside room. The time spent in the pool has chipped in some places and is due to the grout which is very sharp in some places. My toddler jumped in the pool and cut his toe wide open on the grout. It is still healing and requires bandage and it has been 13 days. Be careful in the pool. I was unaware of the $100 deposit until check in and had to levy a passport for the duration of my stay. Not too bad but something to be aware of. Easy to find taxis. About 15-20 minutes taxi from the beach.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the rooms were spacious 5xx sq ft, had a private jacuzzi, a bathtub in the bathroom, and cleaned our room every morning. The pools were lovely. However, it is a bit far from patong center, about a 15minute drive away. If you arrive, consider renting a motorcycle i rent at masjid. Such a wonderful experience.

Kebersihan, kamar, tidak ada yang perlu dikatakan, stafnya sederhana Sayang sekali karena kebisingan sepeda dan turis di fasilitas membuat anak-anak saya menjauh. Selain itu, ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus. Kekurangannya dibandingkan dengan kamar adalah remote control AC tidak ada baterainya dan sangat berisik.

Saya memilih hotel ini karena lokasinya dan kamarnya yang sebenarnya bagus, tetapi itu adalah kesalahan. Kamarnya sudah tua dan rusak. Kolam renang tidak dibersihkan dan hanya diisi kaporit sehingga mungkin reaksi Anda akan muncul. Perlengkapan mandi dan bathtub rusak dan sulit digunakan. The only issue is the level of understanding or followthrough. Needed to speak with the right person to get something simple like bags moved when room changes required. All staff are very willing to help but dont understand how. Great place to stay.

The compensation payment was not made until i left, and it was not delayed for a long time. Just take the prayer because prayer begins when you leave. No other hotel has done this before. They made me feel late for prayer when i left. I also asked her for an extension at the same price as the reservation. She did not cooperate with me and demanded that i book the night at double the price of my reservation, which was supposed to be lower in order to gain customers. Third, i was left waiting at the front desk for a long time, and they were unhelpful and treated me as a complete inconvenience. Apart from the flaws in the same room, including ants and an old mattress.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi alam yang indah. Dan itu sangat aman dan stafnya baik. Hotel itu sendiri memberikan kesan yang relatif baik. Saya pikir hotelnya "sangat" bagus. Sekarang agak rusak. Tapi itu bukan masalah besar. Ketika kami masuk ke kamar, toiletnya kotor. Selimut kami memiliki noda besar. Cermin sudah dilap. Saya menelepon layanan kamar 4 kali tentang selimut tetapi mereka selalu datang setelah kami meninggalkan kamar dan selimut tidak diganti. Jadi kebersihannya buruk. Lalu saya menantikan pusaran air di teras. Lampu di kolam rusak. Airnya terlihat kotor dan beberapa ubin kecil pecah sehingga melukai diri sendiri. Saya hanya menjaga kaki saya tetap bersih sejenak. Secara keseluruhan, saya tidak akan mengunjungi hotel ini lagi. Tapi dalam keadaan darurat dan jika Anda bisa mendapatkannya dengan harga yang sangat murah, tidak apa-apa. Hotel ini memiliki lokasi alam yang indah. Dan itu sangat aman dan stafnya baik.

Staf adalah bencana, mereka tidak peduli Anda harus mengulangi hal yang sama setiap hari (tidak ada handuk bersih, tidak ada jacuzzi bersih, tidak ada sabun, tidak ada kamar yang bersih dengan benar) meskipun beberapa permintaan tidak ada. Mereka berani melipat saya dan meletakkan handuk saya dari sehari sebelumnya di tempat tidur yang saya gunakan dan meletakkannya di lantai, sehingga saya percaya bahwa itu telah diganti. Meskipun ada beberapa keluhan dari resepsionis, tidak ada yang berubah selama 15 hari di hotel ini. Belum lagi ada yang membunyikan bel pintu jam 6 pagi untuk membersihkan kamar saya, itu adalah sebuah kesial.

Jangan melakukan apapun! Pelayanan sangat lambat, kamar sangat kotor, tempat tidur sangat keras. Mereka sama sekali tidak ramah dan bahkan tidak mengerti. Mereka tidak membersihkan kamar, makanan berjamur meninggalkan bau dan serangga di kamar. Bahkan dengan bukti yang mendukung, mereka tidak mau mengambil tindakan.

Overall, its a good value and i would recommend it, especially if you enjoy patong beach, outdoor private jacuzzis, driving a scooter, or dont mind taking a taxi or grab. The room is very beautiful with an outdoor jacuzzi and a nice large tub and shower area. The bed is a good firm and the pillows are excellent. They come every day to check on housekeeping, which is great. Wifi and tv work well and have english channels. Ac is a bit noisy. The location is on a hillside just above patong beach, but not walkable. While i was there, the shuttle was never available so i had to use grab or taxi. Check in was great, they do ask you to participate in the club plan. It is basically buy 10,000 club points for 25 k and you can be in and out in 15 minutes like me and get a pretty good gift out of it. Room service food is below average except for potato wedges and calamari, which are excellent.
