The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well—almost too well at times—and was a bit difficult to adjust. The bathroom was overall very clean, although there were a few visible spots in the shower wall grout. What really stood out was the staff, who were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and pleasant throughout the stay. The property is also within walking distance of Savannah, which made the location very convenient. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property. The facilities felt updated and well maintained, though the gym could benefit from a few more pieces of equipment, such as resistance bands and lighter dumbbells.

The Brix is our hotel of choice, great service and very clean and family friendly. The hubby and I had a chance to catch a comedy show at the rooftop bar and drinks and service were superb. We highly recommend and will definitely stay next time we are in Trinidad.

We had such an amazing experience at The BRIX, especially because we stayed there on the night of our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and even sent up a congratulatory cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which was exactly what we needed after a long day. The staff throughout our stay were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely delightful to interact with. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent — a great variety and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it was a perfect stay and made our wedding night even more special. We would absolutely recommend The BRIX and can’t wait to return!
