We should have scheduled flights to italy on Friday and on Tuesday, but we received a rescheduling notice. We called Tui and they found this hotel. I had never considered tunisian before! Although the hotel is fantastic, some areas need upgrading, and since it was the final stretch of the season, I believe they will likely do so over winter. The workers are wonderful, including the cleaning crew and the reception personnel. Amazing and constant entertainment crews! There is always something you'll enjoy, and the beach cafe snack bar is a lovely spot to eat. The bar personnel is welcoming and acquainted with you. There is always a lifeguard on duty at the hotel's private beach. There is always a bed available, and the shoreline is gorgeous and often used. Several trips through the rep were really worthwhile. I got myself a back massage! The hotel's spa was nice, and the massage was wonderful! Kabul and Hammamet are excellent places to visit, and the surrounding towns are fantastic. Be ready to trade. In the end, I was relieved italy had been canceled because otherwise, I wouldn't have gone to Tunisisian. I would return.

The room was nice and comfortable, plus, the pools and water games had so many activities and an entertaining and attractive animation team, plus they also organized well, so what we get is delicious food with an excellent taste, and even the kids can't have a bad time there.

All in all, we had a great time staying at this hotel, but the loud music really prevented us from coming back. This is a fantastic family hotel. The staff is exceptional, and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The room needs updating, but they are clean, as are the rest of the hotel and grounds. There are three businesses in the foyer that are not too costly. There are several shops outside the hotel selling normal tourist merchandise, and the proprietors are never pushy. From 10 to 4, there are activities every hour. The watermark is great for kids, and the lifeguard is attentive. We particularly enjoyed the fire show. The food is good, I have dietary requirements and am a fussy eater who can be bothered and managed. I did everything I could to obtain my own spoons to collect salad because people simply used any utensils in any dish not great if you have allergies. Every day there was fish and meat from the grill, fresh pizza if you like that, and other dishes. The cake was served in the lounge bar. The bar staff was excellent, the beer was mild, but that was fine with us and we don't drink spirits. The beach and a small medina were the quietest places to walk for about 35 minutes, and another 20 minutes to Carthage World and a tiny medina. Along this street, there are several

Absolutely wonderful holiday, all the staff were amazing. The entertainment team worked so hard to ensure that everyone enjoyed themselves and never stopped from morning to night. The holiday was so good that we all booked back up for next year when we got home.
