I had a pleasant stay in turkish. The receptionist, especially the guy working the evening shift, was really kind and always had good conversations with him, and i felt very welcome here. I am really happy about this hotel. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located on a side street, yet it is close to the center, tram, and eminonu. I want to express my gratitude to receptionist lady. The room is also spotless, cozy, spacious, etc. You can easily choose with your family and friends.

The best hotel staff and manager ive ever encountered in my many years of lodging. A situation required fluency in turkish. The staff basically held my hand through the process, including securing a cab. application maps ended up misguiding. Fortunately, the Turkish taxi driver was patient and drove to the correct location through conversation with the hotel employees. At the specific location, there was chatting between the taxi drivers and the staff at that location. It was also safe to return to this hotel. Rooms are basic, with everything you need such as an electric hot water kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, plenty of towels, incredibly comfortable bed, and beautifully made with linen. Pillows were also very nice. Nearby tourist attractions, highclass diners, older Istanbul, lowercost diner with topnotch cuisine! I will stay at this motel again on trips to turkey because of the uncompromising high level of staff accommodations for foreigners. An established hotel may not have been as helpful as this staff did!.

The only drawback was that the shower didnt have very hot water, it was only a little warm. Im not sure if this is merely faulty or reshaping from our stay. We are quite happy with this location. The rooms are spacious and spotless. There is also hygienic bed. It is in pristine condition. Everything is within walking distance, but its on opulent street without any cars, so there isnt as much noise as other hotels in turkey. They provide free coffee and tea all day long, and the receptionist is really welcoming. Without evidence, we would return here.

The location is great, about 7 minutes from the grand bazaar and 15 minutes to the ferry location. Very good service. Clean room. The room has a very small tv and slow internet.
