Kamar bersih, wifi bagus. Tetapi administrator tidak menyelesaikan masalah sama sekali. Kami meminta sarapan lebih awal saat kedatangan, kami diberitahu bahwa juru masak berangkat jam 4 pagi dan tidak akan ada sarapan. Toiletnya bocor, tukang ledeng tidak pernah menghubungi kami.

The location is quiet, you can relax after a long day of work, very close to tram (1 min) and laleli metro (4 mins, staff are fine, breakfast is fine u can find everything you need for breakfast, clean sheets and room cleaning was exceptional, always make sure in istanbul to book oppsite of the main road is more quiet. I got lucky with b&b on the back side with sea view and it was super quiet! If the shower doesnt provide instant hot water just wait for 4 minutes it will be hot eventually. Loved the stay and will come back to it soon on my work trips.

This hotel was fine. Breakfast was great, an open buffet with tea, coffee, limonade, water and there are also chefs who make one time omelets, another time gozleme and other pancakes. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean enough and good to go for. Its close to the subway metro. Everything was okay except for mr. Selcuk.

The shower is excellent, and the room service is unquestionably superior to most 4star hotels ive been to. I was able to use the accommodation right away after checking in. The rooms are a little dated and appear to be of age. Although the hotel may use some renovation, it is well situated!.

First, be cautious when a taxi driver drops you off 12 minutes walking distance with your luggage on soaring hill. The hotel is located just behind the double tree and 2 minutes walk from the lalali tram station. Very convenient location for transportation. In the center of markets, shopping, and everything to do. Istanbul airport is less than 50 minutes away. Rooms are ideal for couples. My room had vistas of the sea on the second floor. Ac is very cool. Bring your shampoo and towels. They have them, but i feel tattered and use generic shampoo. I found the fridge to be useful. Its ok for ten days in the middle of everything. Great rate. If you pay for breakfast, they do serve it. Or you can book accomodate breakfast with breakfast included.

Benler hotel is a great choice for travelers who want to explore the rich culture and history of Istanbul. The hotel was located in sanitized area, close to many attractions and transportation options. You can easily walk to the grand bazaar, uluwatu, and several mosques in 10 to 20 minutes or take cabs or buses to other parts of the city. Also, you can take 2 km from hav bus 12 and 10. The hotels cleanliness was good, comfortable, with amenities such as free wifi, air conditioning, breakfast buffet, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, they can arrange tours and transfers for you. I would rate the bathroom and room to be average because they were old. We got an ocean view room with lockers and tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for accomodation in turkey.

This hotel is suitable for those who only stay there at night. The rooms are not pleasant, but the service is excellent. Its conveniently located near the tram station, which is only a 3-5minute walk away. Although the room itself is not nice, the bathroom and shower are clean. Additionally, it is eerie that the elevator is used as twilight. Our accommodation had enamored views.

The hotel is located very close to ordu cadadesi, which has a train T 1 that takes you to all nearby tourist attractions. The breakfast was really good, lots of fresh salads, fruits and cookies. 2 chefs also make fresh omelets, pancakes and gozleme for you. It was delicious! The view from the rooftop is also breathtaking.
