Buruk, itulah kata yang saya bisa gambarkan untuk menilai hotel dan pelayanannya. - Staf laki- laki nya sepertinya sedang mabuk, ketika ketika datang saja dia tidak ramah, memang kita datang jam 10 pagi jadi kami titip dahulu koper kami. - Kami datang jam 3.sore dan dia masih keliatan mabuk - Kami diberi kunci kamar A503 dan harus pakai menyusuri tangga yang sempit dengan membawa koper tidak ada lift. - Dan dia juga tidak menunjukkan kamarnya atau mengantarkan kami sehingga kami juga kesulitan ketika membuka pintu - Teman saya naik lagi ke atas mau bilanh kami tidak bisa membuka pintu dan staff nya turun dengan sedikit berteriak " show me how you do it " beberapa kali, seharusnya dia yang menunjukkan bagaimana membuka pintu. - Akhirnya pintu terbuka dan kaget, kamar sama sekali belum dibersihkan sesuai di poto. Saya ambil poto sebagai bukti. - Karena dari awal saya dan teman saya sudah tidak merasa nyaman akhirnya saya bilang " Kami tidak jadi nginap , kami keluar saja ". - Dia tanya kenapa? Saya bilang kamar nya belum ready dan belum dibersihkan - Akhirnya dia tanya staff cewek nya apakah kamar sudah dibersihlan atau belum - Kemudian staff laki- laki memberi kunci kamar lain, tapi dia menanyakan kunci kamar sebelumnya dan teman saya bilang sudah kasih kunci ke dia, tapi dia kasar dan menuduh kuncinya masih dipegang teman saya. - karena sangat sudah tidak nyaman dari awal, akhirnya saya bilang " cukup, kami tidak jadi menginap, kami keluar saja ". Akhirnya kami keluar dan tidak jadi menginap. Seumur hidup saya baru pertama kali menerima service yang buruk seperti ini dari pihak staff hotel. Untuk teman - teman Indonesia yang mau menginap di area Kadikoy di Istanbul sebaiknya menghindari hotel ini. Staff nya sangat kasar dan sepertinya suka mabuk.Popular Facilities
