I wholeheartedly endorse it throughout the hotel, especially given the excellent service and staff. We stayed at this hotel for a week, and we were happy from the beginning until the very end. The airport-to-hotel transfer service was outstanding! The hotel is really worth the five stars. excellent, well-equipped rooms, pools, restaurants, and top-notch cleanliness! We had a sea view room, and we were quite satisfied. I advise. Although the garden view rooms have no special views, they still have one. I. If it is your choice. Every night, sweet treats with delectable microns are the greatest I've ever had. Excellent lobby entrance and reception. The employees at this hotel are what makes it so lovely and friendly, whether at the desk, in the pool bar, or at restaurants. They are eager to assist you, whenever you request, and are always helpful. Breakfast is wide. I just didn't like the coffee, which is espresso, but that's probably just me. Also, while the buffet remained unfresh during our stay. Pity because the hotel complex looks lovely at night with all the lights on. It's just a bit of a little bit, but in a hotel like this fresh beer, it should be obvious. Aside from the location, the hotel is a lovely atmosphere, with elegant, quiet, a tailback, and ambient music.

Overall, the staff is very friendly. However, the receptionist did not care to provide a good experience. One day I walked into the reception where five people were sitting doing nothing and asked if they could help me with information about a boat ride for my family, the answer was we have no connections and that was all. The hotel was almost empty but still put us in a room at the very end of the building near a car garage with barking dogs at night and a broken bathroom light that was on all night. After complaining the next morning we got a new room but didn't hear any apology. There are many people with little to do and many of them are on their phones some even with headphones. Ordering oat milk was a challenge every day teyla, mohammed and faith were really stood out and provided great service. You expect to pay 600 a night and bibles team is not well trained, but a taxi can only be ordered at the reception. They refuse to take phone orders? No explanation why? On our last day I received a call from the guest experience team who listened and said he would take action in preventing that..

The facilities at bibles, the staff, and the service were all exceptional. earn took care of us during our stay here. From the moment we checked in, she got to know us, what we enjoyed, our favorite table, drinks, and so on. She covered all of our needs without asking us. Bibles is a fantastic place to stay if you want a luxurious, tranquil vacation.

Hello everyone! We stayed in the motel on September 20,22. The hotel is fantastic and charming. Both expectations and reality are the same! The service is excellent! Very courteous and polite. Particular thanks to manager Lala Guzmani! She genuinely cares about us each day! It was a pleasure working with her. She was always smiling! Any client has an immense responsibility. The hotel is lovely and spotless. The staff was outstanding and extremely welcoming. Ensure all-inclusive treatment! We initially remained in the Laguna suites, but they were very tiny, and because of a odor, we were moved to the two-bedroom garden suites, which were quite spacious. To put this to one side, the reason I'm only awarding this hotel two stars is because of the receptionists our first room, the Laguna suite, smelled strongly of sewage. They offered to relocate to another suite, or you could leave the hotel and get your money back for the remaining days. That was an enormous insult to me. Because the room was odorous, they expect me to fly home to Scotland? Anyway, we had to relocate rooms. We made the decision to extend the stay for two more days. When I asked customer service, they said no problem because the hotel was essentially empty. So when we checked out in the morning, I spoke with a non-compliance room that would cost 2800 for two days, which is no longer all inclusive because we had only remained for six days and had spent a fortune. I attempted to assert that I had heard from someone regarding the existence of certain issues with the room, but she just couldn't believe that we had already spent a significant amount of money.
