The location of this hotel is good because it is close to Kumi Square, the city center and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The staff of this hotel is extremely kind and competent, especially Ali sick and the best fuel they offer. I do recommend this place.

The hotel is close to Takami Square and Istanbul Shopping Center. The staff are extremely friendly. They fixed a problem with the fridge in just 5 minutes. The room was roomy and always clean. The restaurant has a fantastic view, and the breakfast was excellent, fresh, and delicious. The receptionist was extremely friendly, accommodating, and kind, if you need anything, she is a knowledgeable professional. Thank you for making our stay at the city center hotel such a great one.

They have a small restaurant called 'Islal Street' with a great view. They served an excellent breakfast, and they also served a welcoming seagull. The location is also strategic, close to Takumi and offers easy access to the metro and shopping at Islal Street.

The breakfast is not buffet dominated by very limited choices. The room size is not a concern in Istanbul hotels, but the employees are polite. The location is excellent, there is a good access to Esteghlal Street and Takumi Square. It's difficult to enter the hotel lobby because it has 7 or 8 steps, and if you have a lot of luggage, nobody will help you.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome. The room was spotless, including the washroom, and I loved having a small balcony that let in fresh air. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes, all served on a rooftop with a stunning waterfront view. The location was perfect, with all the amenities and charming local cafes within walking distance—some even open 24 hours! It truly added to the convenience and charm of the stay. I can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place again. Highly recommended

Everything was good, especially the Iranian women at the reception were very responsible and friendly, and the man who was responsible for cleaning the rooms was very kind and loving, but the manager of the restaurant was very stingy and rude.

시설은 노후하나 큰 불편함은 없었음. 위치가 좋고, 객실에서 밖의 뷰가 너무 좋았음. 조식 식당 좋으며, 또한 경치 조망이 매우 아름답고 훌륭함. 단 한가지 문제는 바로 옆 바에서 밤마다 매우 시끄러운 음악소리로 인해 밤에 편안한 휴식이 어려움. 소음문제는 호텔의 장점을 매우 크게 감소시킴.

The whole staff were really great...Especially I would like to thank Ela and Metin for their kindness.The hotel's location is great (you can reach the hotel by 3 mins walk from taksim sq or metro line and 10 minutes walk from airport shuttle bus stop) and the prices are affordable.The breakfast is open buffet and its nice.And the breakfast hall view is amazing.The rooms are clean and comfortable.But the only things i can criticise are; First of all,though the hotel is quiet,the bar across the hotel is extremely noisy until midnight ,its such a noisy music that even the good isolation on the windows cannot prevent it and if you are sensitive on noises you cant sleep early...the size of the standart room is small and the size of the bahtroom (especially the shower cabin)is really too narrow...And it can take some time to use the elevator around breakfast time because its small,busy and there is only one.I can rate my staying as 8 out of 10 but considering the affordable price of the room that minus 2 points makes no problem at all.
