Everyone in the hotel are very nice and helpful, Ilker help us a lot during our visit, giving us helpful information of where to go and how to get there. The breakfast is also very good. The location is really strategic, the hotel is close to so many places we want to visit. My wife loves the five minutes walking distance to grand bazaar. I will recommend this hotel to all my friend that will visit Istanbul.

A beautiful sophisticated hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful in particular the reception guy named 'Atta'. We ran into some trouble at the restaurant called 'Doce' near the Grand Bazar (stay away from this restaurant as they overcharge and if you do not pay up they will become violent and abusive, we experienced both). But the staff and especially Atta were absolutely amazing and sympathetic! He allowed me to use his facilities to email, make phone calls and ordered us food anytime! I gave him a gift before I left. The hotel is in a great location near Sultanahmet-blue mosque and grand bazar. An excellent hotel but more importantly amazing staff!

Es ist ein super Hotel sehr nah am grand Bazar. Nur 200m entfernt . Sehr sauber und sehr gute moderne Ausstattung. Das Team ist auch nett und beantwortet jede Frage . Das Frühstück war ok, könnte aber mehr Vielfalt haben . Ansonsten super Hotel nur zu empfehlen

I was checked in within 5minutes of arrival , Musa at reception was very pleasant and helpful . Room was as seen in pictures comfortable, clean and neat and enough space.Bathroom modern and clean. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was not the greatest but still the clean roof top terrace was a pleasure to have some cereal and a cup of tea. Will definately return to this hotel. Location very central.

Great service, friendly team, best breakfast. Everyone at the hotel was great and they fulfilled all my requests. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and it is a clean hotel. There is no room service but if you call reception they can offer to get you food to your room. Perfect stay!

Nous avons été à Istanbul du 16 au 21 mai. Durant cette période, nous avons été hébergé dans cet hôtel qui à notre très humble avis était parfait. Les abords sont incroyables, avec un batiment très joli. Les chambres sont décoré de manière sobre et très fonctionnelle. Nous n'avions besoin de rien... Le personnel est très aidant et répond avec plaisir à vos questions et vous transmet un plan comportant les lieux touristiques (ou pas) très bien réalisé. Le petit-déjeuner est à volonté et à prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer... rien de plus beau. Et enfin, que dire de la localisation? Vous êtes à 10 min à pieds des attractions du Vieil Istanbul mais si vous aimez marcher, vous pouvez aller à l'autre bout de la ville!! En bref, cet hotel mérite amplement son 5 voire plus !
