What I like about this hotel is the excellent location, in close proximity to major road and tram, and 2 blocks from the magnificent grand bazaar. The staffs here were so polite, especially during our tour that I also discovered that I had left my wallet behind at the hotel. After that, the location of this hotel was ideal for tourists as it has a central and quiet neighborhood with lots of shoe shops and shoe makers. Subsequently, the employees here were helpful. Afterward, when I called them, I asked them to put all my travel expenses in their hotel account, and he just deposited all of my travel expenses there.

This is a good place. All the staff is excellent and willing to assist. The Grand Bazaar is right there. A calm and peaceful ambiance. A note to families with young children: Istanbul is an historical place, not recommended for young children. There is nothing other than a museum, an old mosque, ancient architecture, and shopping. There is no entertainment for adolescents or children. In addition, you have to walk too much over the hills, there is too much rush on the roads, and traffic is the worst.

It's a nice place to be compared with a good location to a tourist destination. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lama who works at a room service restaurant. The hotel is very clean. You will find many sites to visit, such as Sultan Abdulhamid Mosque, Sofia Hay and Tomask Park.

I would like to thank Irma for his outstanding customer service. I was staying for 2 days and 1 night, arrived early, great reception staff offered us coffee while waiting for our room. The room was ready in less than 20 minutes, everything we needed was in it, breakfast was great and we left very happy.
