I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better; it's right in the middle of all the action, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. A special shout-out to the staff, who were all very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. I will absolutely be returning on my next visit

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s a luxurious and newly built place. I was truly impressed and would definitely choose it again.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Delita Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect , quiet yet close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service throughout our stay. Delita Hotel truly made us feel at home.

Hotel terburuk yang pernah ada. Kami memesan tiga minggu sebelumnya. Untuk berhenti setelah penerbangan panjang. Saat kami terbang, mereka membatalkan reservasi 4 jam setelah kami tiba. Tampaknya ada masalah pada kartu yang kami bayar untuk 2 hotel di kota lain. Setelah 6 jam perjalanan dengan 3 koper sangat tidak menyenangkan.

Kamarnya sangat kecil dan memiliki masalah isolasi yang buruk. Suara air di kamar sebelah atau di atas sama dengan kamar Anda. Sarapannya lumayan, akankah saya memilihnya lagi, tidak.

Kamarnya agak kecil. Stafnya sangat ramah, mereka membantu kami bahkan ketika kami memiliki masalah dengan kartu SIM dengan menelepon perusahaan dan menyelesaikan masalah. Mereka juga memberi kami kontak WhatsApp 24 jam untuk menghubungi mereka jika kami memiliki masalah atau membutuhkan bantuan. Kamarnya agak kecil, Anda tidak bisa membiarkan koper Anda terbuka jika Anda ingin berjalan di sekitar ruangan, tetapi benar-benar seperti yang terlihat di foto. Kamar mandinya luas dan sangat bagus. Hotel yang sangat bagus dengan harga atau kinerja yang sangat bagus. Sarapan prasmanan enak. Namun, beberapa kekurangan adalah balkon dan halaman dalam yang sangat buruk. Staf sangat baik dan membantu.

Definitely the best value for money and highly recommended! Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul, very clean, friendly staff, quiet and relaxing. The management was very attentive and always responded quickly and upgraded my room as well at no cost. I look forward to staying here again in my next visit.

Tidak ada jenis makanan pedas dan sayuran kecuali kentang, tetapi jika Anda suka kue kering, Anda akan puas. Sebagian besar staf ramah dan membantu. Kami hanya diganggu oleh bau seprai. Tempat tidurnya bau gorengan. Terima kasih telah mengganti bantal dan duvet cover kami, tetapi baunya masih ada. Menurut saya penyebab bau pada sprei baru mungkin karena lokasi laundry atau setrika dekat dengan dapur. Selain itu, ini adalah hotel kecil tapi sangat memuaskan.

I had a problem with the room when i got it, but the manager quickly came and spoke to me, treated me with respect, offered me all the solutions, and chose the one that worked for me. They gave me a simple gift the next day, but it made me happy. I thank the manager, the hotel owner, and the employees, ahmed and soner. It is a beautiful, quiet place with beautiful furniture. It really deserves a high rating for many reasons. I will repeat my experience.

Even though we were only there for one night, we had a wonderful time. When we got there at night, we were greeted by a lovely scent, soothing music, and cozy dim lighting in the lobby. The hallway in front of our room also smelled and looked nice. The standard room was small, but everything appears to be fine. It smells pleasant and tidy. We didnt hear any noise from other rooms, and the bed was comfortable. The restroom was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent selection of traditional turkish and international cuisine for dessert. The dining room lady was incredibly welcoming.

It was my second time in turkey and again i decided to book delita because it is very central and close to the metro station. The hotel itself is very moder and clean. The staff works efficiently, we had no issues with rudeness. Breakfast was enough to start the day right. The rooms are quite small but this didnt bother us at all. I personally dont understand the negative comments.
