This hotel has a fantastic location for shopping, dining, and dining. It is located 5 minutes from the beach, the aqua park, and other great restaurants and stores. You can always message me and I'll tell you about the nearby water parks, attractions, and fantastic restaurants if you continue to use this hotel. I chose a particular room with a balcony on arrival, but none have, unless specifically requested upon arrival. Booked purely for coffee facilities that weren't readily available owing to couid, but also not free in the lobby. Cleaning service was haphazard light was switched on at 730 am, but the room wasn't cleaned until after 530 pm if at all. The outside area wasn't cleaned regularly, and my coffee cups from 430 pm were still there at 900 a.m. the next morning! 5 star hotel, lots of the linen had holes. Room service was not too bad, but the phones didn't work on the two floors of the hotel. Spa closed pool, but public water park 5 minutes away was open reception friendly and helpful if you waited for eda. The remainder either didn't or would not understand English couid hotel advertised to assist you if you require a per text to return home, but they don't know where to send you after three visits to various turkish only clinic

This hotel is recommended. We had a great time at the hotel. Ulnar from guess relations went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The view from our room was immaculate both day and night! The spa was definitely our favourite feature in this hotel as was the cleanliness.

Despite getting a good view from the room with an adequate internet connection, there is no AC in the room. Also, the interior design of the hotel is not good and tried to make it very modern but they couldn't achieve it.

About Eser Premium Hotel and Spa

This high quality SPA hotel comprises a total of 172 rooms, including rooms for disabled guests. A number of amenities and services needed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay are provided. All rooms have parquet flooring, luxury furniture and decoration elements. The highest service standards are offered to guests in their rooms. In addition to a bath in the en suite bathroom, rooms are fitted with amenities such as a 26-inch interactive LCD TV with satellite channels and Internet access. Guests can make use of the hotel's swimming pools which also have a children's swimming area. Refreshments are served at the poolside snack bar and guests can relax on sun lounges.
