My husband and I had never been to Turkey. We booked this trip based on the hotel and it didnt dissappint. It is adult only and caters to all types of holiday makers. We had a beach bungalow which was very close to the relax pool, which is where we spent most of our time. There was a larger pool which offered a more lively experience, but thats not what we were after. The buffet food offered a huge selection however at lunch we ate at the snack bars, where I have to say, the food was AMAZING! The staff were on the whole very nice however i did find the spa staff quite pushy and encouraged people to book 4 or so massages. When i asked if i could book fewer due to cost, i eas told no as i needed a lot of work done! The barstaff at the Boho beach bar were great and very accomodating. The buses pull up just ourside the hotel,so getting to tiwn or Side was a breeze and much cheaper then taking a taxi. We did go to a bazaar which was ok, again i found the stall holders very pushy. There was a better bazaar then the one they recommended but i cant recall the name. Staff will help if you ask, but was a short bus ride from the hotel ti the right! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic vacation when we returned to the hotel. We made the decision to upgrade to one of the apartments with private pools for our last few days because we had a sea view accommodation, which was fantastic and easily coordinated at reception. The hotel is quite contemporary and comfortable. There are many locations to relax, including on the private beach, by the pool, in the stunning Japanese gardens, or in the bar areas. The food was fantastic. Despite the fact that you are looking for traditional British cuisine, this will not suit you. We've always found plenty of things that we loved, and it is always pleasant to try new things while on vacation anyway. If you don't want the main buffet restaurant all the time, there are various places to eat. The beach's pancake hut is also worth a visit. The a la carte steakhouse was one of the nicest meals we had at the beach snack bar. The restaurant itself was intimate and beautiful, and the ingredients were of high quality. Even though they are so busy, the employees are amiable and accommodating. Despite the fact that we were traveling, we also intended to visit the Teppanyaki restaurant, which was a good and lovely restaurant. The housekeeping crew went above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers and did a fantastic job. Коли не включали кондиціонер, і спали з відкритим вікном, то о четвертій ранку нас будила поливальна система, що включалась кожен ранок і голосно била по листях рослин.

We liked the layout of the resort the rooms, bar, swimming pool and restaurants. It is well designed. Most pleasing was the beach staff who collected plastic bottles left by guests. There were recyclable bins by the rooms.

It's wonderful the hotel and its location. We had a room on the beach with a garden. The weather was lovely, and the majority of the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately, this isn't it if you're searching for an all-inclusive 5 dining experience that's satisfying! We are a couple who love dressing up for dinner and making it a part of the evening experience. We stayed for 10 nights, and there was not a single night when we didn't chase a clean table with cutlery or a glass of wine with dinner. This is the same with breakfast! Staff clearing and setting up tables after every service and offering wine to the diner is simple to rectify this. Lunch beach restaurants, on the other hand, offer a much better dining experience, cooked to order and with much better service. Make the most of lunch to avoid disappointment. Steakhouse, though it is an additional cost and well worth a visit. Excellent Turkish bath and massage. Another positive is not having to fight for sun beds on the beach. Swimming insecure swimming areas and shingle beach, so swim shoes are recommended. Alana castle, caves, and river lunch worth a trip. Sincerity, we usually do not review vacations, but we hope the hotel management fixes the minor disappointments to make this a truly beautiful holiday location to stay.

There was no waiter in the bar, had to wait, and there wasn't enough staff serving food in the buffet restaurant. The lobby bar was open seven days a week, but the restaurant was closed at 11 pm. Inevitably, the staff did not speak English well. For not clearing the table at dinner, the waiter asked my wife for a tip. Aside from that, the location is by the sea, which has positives. The room is also neat and has a large pool with many sun loungers. A mini bar with soft drinks is also very suitable for the room. Overall, it was good massage.

Mine is currently a star for the hotel, and the staff is great. She provided superb customer service and helped her teammates. She never stopped working in her duties to identify and assist guests and staff in a variety of situations. The hotel's location is excellent on the beach, with a variety of restaurants, bars, and pools to satisfy all requirements. We were there to honor a birthday and wedding anniversary, and the hotel sent cakes, wine, and home cooks who were lovely as well. They were always polite, courteous, and trustworthy. Flowers were applied to the bed towels. The staff dealt with us every time we inquired about a variety of things at reception about a variety of things in a friendly and professional manner. It was a wonderful evening of entertainment for everyone, from bands, parties, piano bar, and singers. We also set up a private taxi because the distance from the airport is only an hour. Rp is charged at checkin. Overall, we had a great time and will be back. The romantic bungalows were excellent and well worth the additional money. It would be better if the service staff was assigned to an assigned role, where there must be one person to ensure cutlery is always accessible and one individual serving drinks at tables. FOUR AND A HALF STARS, but that not do-able. Very clean rooms and lovely staff. DOWNSIDES - the hotel is quite remote, on the side of a a major road with no pavement, so you can't easily walk out and go anywhere, and there are no excursions or shuttle buses. The beach, too, is quite isolated so you cannot walk very long along the (stony) shore. There wasn't any live evening entertainment apart from piano music in one of the bars. UPSIDES - there were quite a few members of staff who really added to our stay, just by being so genuinely warm. The hotel has lovely gardens - both the Zen Garden and the flora around the whole grounds. Our room was comfortable and the pool areas, eating areas, bars and reception were all very attractive and user friendly. We visited the coffee shop several times a day - great coffee, very nice staff. The food was largely very good, and varied.

I and two friends had a wonderful week at this gorgeous hotel. The staff is all very friendly, our room was cleaned everyday and was immaculate, we made sure to leave the housekeeping a decent tip every day. The reception staff were all great and nothing was too much trouble, no issues, and they sorted it out immediately. The food was truly delicious, fresh, and plentiful. We absolutely loved our stay here, there were just a few very minor issues the staff seem to depend on tips, the bar staff expect tips and we had a waiter bring our drinks to the table with our evening meal and he stood waiting for a tip, unfortunately we did not have money with us and he was very rude, grunted and walked off, and one evening there was the worst violinist playing! She was obviously drunk on the rose wine she was drinking and it sounded like a cat being strangled, the entertainment manager was a complete idiot he walked around all day with his phone stuck to his ear and his idea of entertainment was totally inappropriate, he felt half naked girls dancing around the pool and an ibizastyle pool party were what people wanted, he was clearly wrong it was a total disaster and a waste of money, perhaps he should look at the age of the guests and plan accordingly. Die ganze Anlage sauber und schön. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Etwas abgelegen.Man muss ein Taxi oder den Bus nehmen wenn man einkaufen oder etwas Essen will. Leider ist es ein Kieselstrand und es gibt auch die Strandtuch Liegenbesetzer. Wenn man den Lifeguard darauf aufmerksam macht räumt er Liegen.Zum teil waren die den ganzen Tag besetzt ohne dass jemand aufgetaucht war. Musik leider im Pool bereich viel zu laut und jeden Tag das gleiche. Am Abend kaum Möglichkeiten zum sich zu unterhalten da nur zwei Bars offen haben, eine draussen und eine drinnen. Daher unmöglich einen Platz zu finden wenn man zu spät dran ist.

Das Hotel im Allgemeinen inkl. der Hotelanlage war super und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Essen war super und der Service war auch gut. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Otel konumu itibariyle çok güzel. Otelin konseptinin +16 olmasıda ayrı bir güzellik. Çocuk olmadığı için otel sakin. Otelin bahçedeki ekonomi odaları birbirine çok yakın. Lotus deluxe oda olarak belirttikleri odalar eski ve konforsuz. Ancak kesinlikle kötü değil. İlk yerleştiğimiz gün klimanın bozuk olduğunu belirttim. 2 saat içinde klimanın yenisini taktılar. Otelin romantik odaları ve cabana suitleri güzel. Yemek çeşitleri az. Sadece Türk gecesinde çeşit fazla çıkıyor. Ama hiç aç kalmıyorsunuz. Snack bölümündeki yiyecekler çok kaliteli değil. Karışık pizza mevcut değil. Resepsiyon dışındaki tüm elemanları işlerini tam olarak yapmıyorlar. Özellikle garsonlar çok ilgisiz. İçecekleri genellikle kendiniz almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Havlu değişimini spa bölümünde yapıyorlar ama bu bölümde havlu değişimini yapmak istemiyorlar. Gece eğlenceleri fena değil. Genel olarak baktığınızda otel tam kafa dinlemelik.

Had an amazing restful few days . Food quality was good . Staff attention to detail was good . The effort put in by the entertainment team was excellent but they were left short by not being supported by any external artists being brought in except for on their day off .
