I would suggest this location to anyone on a tight budget who needs securing id reserving ten rooms, as there arent many options. In my instance, despite having reserved primarily odin from the reception, they were very competent and mahmoud. Very helpful and made an effort to assist me the most. The following day, when it was available, offered me another room. I was constantly walking around the area. It was incredibly safe and wellmaintained, with numerous grocery stores and exchange shops open 24 hours if you were on low income and need eviction in pristine rooms with utensils, minifridge, kettle, television, air conditioning, hairdryer, and private bathroom.

The hotels location is ideal, making it conveniently close to all the attractions nearby and easily accessible by public transportation. The rooms are cozy and spotless. Additionally, the receptionists are helpful and friendly. As a visitor, i was delighted to stay here because all of the sights were close by and accessible via public transport.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was immaculate, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly, plus they spoke english. Most importantly, we were two girls alone and felt safe as if we werent traveling alone. My only regret is that i didnt stay longer, but ill be back.

I would strongly advise the hotel administration to address these issues and ensure that their staff is properly trained in customer service and respect. This lady is not suitable for a fourstar hotel. Bu otelin restaurant, sirasinda kahvalti hayal kirikligiyadim. Kimseye tavsiyerum! Sunucu sadece kaba ve saygisiz degil ashtin de bulundugu diger konuklarin bir turkish ciftun yanim hakkimda benim dinir kemi, he said. The server was not only rude and disrespectful but also discriminatory. When i was pouring jug of coffee, she began talking about me in front of other guests, including ten chinese couple. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. No one should have to endure such treatment based on their ethnicity.
