Det var rigtig hyggeligt og bo på det hotel. Personalerne var nogen varme mennesker. Holder helt sikkert ferie på det hotel igen. Alt var perfekt. God mad, god underholdning Både om dagen og aften. Hotellet kan helt sikkert anbefales..!!!

First of all, the entertainment team was amazing. The show events activities were perfect. The restaurant was good too, the food was fresh, and the hot room was clean and the towels were changed every day we are glad to come here again we are thinking of coming here thank you lots of family garden.

I must say that I would re-book my hotel for dinner at 5 or 6 am because I hate getting up early, but the woman cleaning the floor on the first floor was very kind, she was happy to arrange things in the room when I bumped into her. That evening was fantastic with the celebrity character quiz, everyone of all nationalities could get together, I wish they would do that more often or something similar, and the guys on the animation team would greet everyone in the morning and not stop all day. The lady in charge was awesome, she was so helpful, we appreciated her coming and talking, such a wealth of information. It was a lovely breakaway, a big thank you to everyone. The restaurant has something for everyone, and it was delicious! The bars employees were always helpful, entertaining, making sure people had what they needed, and cleaning the pool area was clean. The excellent bar technique and drinks really made a difference to the pub people in the city. The area by the pool was beautiful, and there was so much delicious food, and the service was attentive and quick. Everyone from all nationalities could join in and participate in the celebrity character quiz, but I wish they would do it more frequently, or something similar.

I hope I had a great vacation. The pool was nice and clean every day, it was a nice hotel and staff. There aren't many downsides to this place. However, the food was really disappointing, especially the hot food. Every day I had jam on toast for breakfast, since there was something that we liked, and the Brussels for breakfast wasn't great. So we ate out the majority of the time. The hamburger bar in the pool area was made a few hours before serving. It was a letdown in the dining room and nothing suitable for kids to eat. We would return, but not all inclusive because of the money we spent eating out.

This hotel has a lot of attractions each day. Every day on 200 days, there is a special event such as Karaoke or Magic. We are very satisfied with this vacation, big water pool and sliders for kids on desperate pool. Many thanks to the animation team, especially to you, the bartender and waiter.

The staff at the evening entertainment are amazing and kind, especially bart, who always makes sure you have a good time. They make good cocktails at the pool bar named yusuf topaz. The evening entertainment has been excellent. They served tasty breakfast. The bart was so friendly and helpful. The place was so spacious. The room was comfortable despite having a bit of a worn out condition. Definitely go see the fire show.

The food was generally good in the restaurant but very noisy, there was always a good variety. The snack bar food was not so good and always the same. we booked a sea view room which was definitely worth it.

Really wasn't impressed by this hotel, the food was terrible, really cold and full of flies everywhere. Our room was small with a small double bed and the bathroom was so old and tired - the shower was a dribble and mould and black all between the tiles. One evening tried to get some water and was told it was not available, went to the bar, reception and the restaurant and they had either run out or wouldn't give us a bottle - ended up having to buy it. Crazy when the alcohol is free but water isn't!!!! We left after 3 days even though we had a 12 day booking, really couldn't stay there - and I'm not particularly fussy!!!

Beautiful swimming pool, friendly staff however the food and drink is letting the hotel down. Food is prepared hours before it is served so is left to go cold. The buffet dining food has a lot of flys on it and is of poor quality, lacking variety. Pool snacks are the same everyday (cold burger and chips or cold chicken). The alcohol is not very good either. There is a barbecue area however when trying the chicken kabab it had been sliced and again left too go cold. Breakfast was probably one of the worst meals. Everything is repetitive from the beginning to the end of the day, food, drink, music and entertainment. The bar opened at 10am and closes at 11pm. Buffet meals are served at specific times. Pool side snacks start at 12:30pm however I was 5 minutes early and asked for chips as I could see the were readily prepared and ready to serve however staff refused to serve me at is was 12:25pm I explained that it was going cold so the management said he would get me a microwave to heat up the fries rather than serve before 12:30pm which I found to be strange as they had to arrange for staff to carry a microwave down to the pool area rather than just had me the food when it was hot. I did have a nice relaxing time here but I would not recommend it stay here again.

Odada ilk gün bulunan su bir hafta boyunca tazelenmedi sadece ilk gün odada içme suyu vardı, terlik zaten yok , şampuan yok, ücretsiz wi-fi var odada çekmiyor lobide net çok yavaş, deniz manzaralı oda için fark ödedik karşıdaki otel manzalı oda ile karşılaştık, açık büfe sözde yemek saatinin başlangıcından sonra yemekler bittiyse ki 15 dkda bitiyor ayvayı yedniz elinizde tabak beklersiniz ne zaman yemek gelecek diye menü standart aç kalma ihtimaliniz yüksek, tatlılar bayat, yemekhanedeki sular sözde pet şişe fakat petşişeleri arıtmadan dolduruyorlar havuzu güzel, deniz berbat sözde 3. koyda otele ait ahşap iskele var fakat iskelede otelde kalan haricinde herkes var aile ile girilecek bir ortam değil tipi kayık acayip insanlar vardı gittim 20 dk durabildim, plajdaki bar dedikleri yer kola haricinde birşey vermiyor harabe gibi bir yer kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, sadece havuza girmek için okadar para verdik ve tatilimiz hiç oldu.
