The staff is very friendly and kind. The facilities are very clean and organized. Small and elegant. Great location and great staff. Close to all major tourist attractions such as hgia savoy, blue mosque, topkapi palace, grand bazaar, etc. We recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

The service provided was excellent. The rooms are clean, although the furniture is a bit older. However, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Overall, we had incredibly positive experience with the service.

Hello, the hotel is in a very strategic location, close to grand bazar and blue mosque. There are many restaurants and cafes where you can eat and drink. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service is great. Breakfast is also good.

I spent four nights here. Beautiful hotel. Very wellfurnished and spotless. We were given a free upgrade to id suite. The blue mosque is only ten minutes walk away from this location, and most attractions are within walking distance. Staff members are exceptional, always smiling and polite. If you have any questions or concerns, they are very helpful. Ill bring my family the next time.

I had a wonderful time staying there with my family for four days in late January 2020. Excellent location and very clean. It has that old, historic charm, is cozy, and the free breakfast is delicious and nutritious. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Very close to the main attractions of Istanbul, such as the blue mosque, sophia h. Etc. Main bazaar, shopping, restaurants, etc. Everything is within walking distance. They also had great discounts on all sight seeing packages. When i visit turkey again, ill undoubtedly stay there again.

After checking online, i arrived at this hotel and saw that rooms were available, but since ive not intended to stay in Istanbul at the time because turkish airlines had delayed my connecting flight back home, so ill not book them. When he showed up at reception with my luggage, she told me there were no rooms available. However, the receptionist was very helpful and advised me to make sure my taxi driver didnt leave. He was also kind enough to allow us to use their wifi as we needed access to contact our family. Fortunately, they were only 5 minutes away at another hotel, thus luckily able to remain with them, credit to glk for the friendly guy at front who allowed us wireless access, which turned out to be a lifesaver.

The names of these employees will undoubtedly be in our contact books. Once they got to know us, they genuinely cared about our best interests, even chasing down a taxi that had overcharged. Our room was cozy, and the air conditioning and water pressure worked well. The bed was firm and comfortable, with crisp white linens that welcomed us with open arms.

The location is excellent, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the beds are comfortable. Even though it is on a busy street, there isnt any noise in the room. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful, fresh and always fresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

We originally stayed at this hotel for 2 nights but extended it to 5 because we loved it so much. Family friendly and also baby friendly. They have excellent customer service and are very accommodating. The rooms are nice and spacious. Very central to the Hagia Sophia and many restaurants nearby. Stepping out and you are in the center of everything. I would stay here again 100%.

If the opportunity persists, i would stay at the same location again. I spent three days with my pals. The accommodations were excellent. Every employee provided excellent service, and they were all incredibly kind and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent as well.

We stayed at this hotel twice for 10 days total. It was the hidden gem of sultan Ahmet to us. 3 minutes walk to the blue mosque and aya Sophia, 5 minutes stroll to grand bazar and other shopping places. Breakfast was good but the staff was amazing with an unbeatable view of the ocean and historical city. Great sauna and Turkish hammam - The front desk team made our stay here extra special. Communication was excellent, very helpful with advice as needed and extremely caring. They even let us borrow idl phone charger every time we were here. Most importantly, the place is very clean. If you enjoy running on the seafront like me, you are only 2 minutes away to right, so if you like to run on it, ill definitely come back.

This place is in a great location, just stepping distance from the blue mosque and all three other fantastic locations in the sultanahmet area of turkey. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. It is located in an safe place where walking even at 2 is not advisable. Rooms are on the smaller side but wellappointed.

I had the most wonderful stay at this adorable little boutique hotel in the heart of sultanahmet. Great location near all the major attractions, nice rooms, good amenities (suna, Turkish bath, gym, delicious buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Special thanks to farhat who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. Thank you farhab for making my stay so special. It was a bit sad to leave! Left part of my heart in turkey. Such i adored this city!.
