Stayed for nearly a week at this hotel. We have a family room that has two rooms. Each room has a bathroom. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to go on a ground trip, check with the hotel first before booking through another tour operator. They might offer you good deals. Strategically located, close to Habia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar.

I love it! It's nice and kind people, plus the food is delicious. There is a great view from the restaurant in the hotel. They have everything we need and want. I'm already planning my next trip there.

The hotel's great staff is by far its greatest asset. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time there. Highly advisable is the upgraded suite. Most of the city's major sites are in the perfect location. There were many excellent restaurants around the hotel.

Lovely hotel. The place is spotless from the minute you walk into check in was quick and shown to your room. Comfortable beds, shower gel shampoo ect all there would definitely stay again. Only criticism would be they need soft close on toilet and the doors . We only got 3 hours sleep the night we have to be up for a flight as people in the r hall laughing knocking banging doors for hours. I did call down and staff did come up and address it but because all doors not soft close the banging continues . Great location to all you would want to see

Very nice and helpful staff. Very good located just a 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque and other attractions. Area is very touristy though and over priced. The room was not much bigger than a phone booth, the ac didn’t work ant the tv felt out when we opened the closet. Breakfast was not as good as one would hope

Stayed on and off during trip and so had three different rooms. Great location, but hotel seems a bit under renovation. In all three rooms the TVs didn’t work (they couldn’t fix them - we didn’t care but others might). One room had no electricity and guy came and blew out whole floor. He fixed that but then AC didn’t work. One room shower didn’t work. Last room but not have been ready after a renovation - no soap holders in shower, no toilet paper holder, refrigerator not plugged in, TV not plugged in (and there was no where to plug it in. The cleaning women do a great job. The guys at front nice but not sure they know how to troubleshoot.
