The hotel has a good location, 2 minutes to the main street Istiklal. There are many cafes around the hotel, there is a shop and a grocery store.Early check in and late check out the cost of a full day.The price for accommodation is pleasant, the rooms are good (clean, cleaned as necessary), breakfasts are also good.The menu was the same, but every day everything is fresh. Bagel and butter were especially delicious.The staff is friendly.For 4 days there was one unpleasant situation with paying for late check-out: on Saturday night I paid in cash for late check-out (cost of a day of staying at the hotel) by asking for a check,I was assured that there was no reason to worry, the check would be given when leaving the hotel, trusting this I left the reception desk without a receipt for payment, two days later, that is, on Monday evening, when it was necessary to leave the hotel, I was told that I did not pay for the late departure and began to demand payment.After some time of a showdown, requests to show the cameras and call the police and one of the main ones, they turned on the camera recording from Saturday and contacted the main person at the hotel, printed a check, which nevertheless indicated the payment.And without admitting guilt that the payment had already been taken after an hour, we were allowed to leave the hotel.The next day, the main person in charge of the hotel contacted me and apologized for the incident and his employee who was mistaken. Thank him for that.

This hotel is very close to this beautiful city. You will not be disturbed by all the noise. You can choose from a comfortable place. The employees are very friendly. Besides that, they have good and friendly service. The location of this hotel is also very convenient as well. They will serve all your needs right away. Very happy to come back to stay at this hotel again.

All in all, the hotel is good if you're just going to sleep and take a shower there. This is a decent hotel in a fantastic location. Close to Istiklal, Takumi, and thus the Galaxy. The room was clean and everything was satisfactory. However, the family in the room next to us kept wailing and the staff did nothing about it. Breakfast is included in the price and is decent but not too spectacular and served in a basement-like room.

Excellent if you're on a budget!. When looking for a place to stay on a Friday evening, we came across this motel. Weekend rates vary and there aren't many reasonably priced accommodations available. It is located in one of the city's busiest neighborhoods, close to takumi and galaxy, and also very close to the metro station. Before booking the room, the staff was extremely welcoming and showed us around. It is a cheap but clean and welcoming hotel that is much less expensive than the other options nearby. Nice bed and tidy room.

We stayed there twice. The hotel is directly in the heart of Istanbul, Onistiklal street. There are many restaurants, wellknown stores, and groceries close by. The hotel itself is very pleasant and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is a little basic.

The location is close to minimarkets and restaurants. The personnel is very welcoming and polite. The breakfast menu was three types of cheeses, including halal bologna, butter, honey, jam, tea, coffee, sliced tomatoes, and cucumber. The bathrooms and rooms are neat. You will find everything you need, including soap, daily fresh towels, shampoo, housekeeping, a hairdryer in the bathroom, air conditioning, and many more. It takes only one minute to walk from Isteklal street.

Positive things: 1- Hotel is located in a GREAT place, it is very close to Istiklal street and Sisahane metro station. 2- Hotel is located in a very lively alley/street. 3- Receptionist and staff were very nice. Negative things: 1- If your room is on the first few floors it might be a bit noisy at night (from the street) but our room was at sixth floor, so we were good. 2- Internet signal is just OK, it is not very strong. 3- There is no shuttle to/from airport.

Staff is not professional and owners are aggressive. I do not recommend this hotel. The receptionist kept by mistake my passport after I checked in, didn't give it back as I checked out so I missed my flight, had to buy another ticket (370 euros). As I came back to fetch my passport, not only the owners of the hotel refused to compensate me but one was very aggressive with me, kept criticizing me, saying that I don't know how to travel, a very bad attitude. They didn't even give the minimum sign of hospitality like offering tea/water (I was exhausted coming back from the airport) or offering to pay back the two nights spent there. I had to beg 20 liras from the receptionist (who finally admitted his mistake and was humble unlike the owners) to pay the metro and go back to the airport.
