We stayed at the Excellence inn for 8 nights. Everything here is so beautiful, clear, and cozy. And then, breakfast is amazing. And that's it! The employees here are really friendly.

It is an amazing hotel with very clean and nice rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back to Karakaka, this is the hotel of my choice.

My stay at this hotel was great. Every day I left my room in a mess and when I come back I find the room well cleaned and tiny to the minute detail, breakfast is good. I saw the fantastic housekeeping team outside my room on the last day, admire them and go away.

I stayed on the second floor for three nights, and the room was OK, it was very silent, which is important. The elevator was not at all smooth, and it can be difficult to catch the bus if the hotel is fully booked. It is also not very convenient to climb stairs with your bags to reach the elevator. Breakfast was excellent, especially given the limited availability period. Nobody feared masks, and there was no self-service. It was also very safe. Friendly front desk staff members were also available to help or call someone to transport your luggage up the stairs. A nice terrace where you can sip Starbucks and relax in the fresh air and sun.
