Very good place with very nice staff. Helps with managing your daily tours and provides valuable guidance. All the attractions are nearby and both metro and train stations are within 1.2 km distance. Food and grocery stores are also nearby.

Ms. Gunay is a very positive person, she is also incredibly good at being around. The hotel room is quite cozy, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I liked how the guys at the reception were. It was great to meet the ceo and express my gratitude.

We arrived on 1 june 2023 and stayed for several nights. The receptionists then helped us find a second hotel which was equally as good. People who work here are the most kind, thoughtful, and helpful people i have ever met in tavern. They have been supportive to us with information about the area, advice on good and bad places, etc. Even when we were no longer staying at the hotel they invite me in for coffee and chat and are like friends ive known for years. Beds are always clean, rooms are very clean free water cartons constantly, coffee, tea, toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast spread is freshly prepared and has dozens of options all locally sourced. This hotel is on stray road, in my opinion, it is very friendly and very safe. Thomas is adored by them. I would recommend staying here.

The rooms were good and had everything you need. Breakfast was very good, and the lobby always had tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and kind and were happy to help with anything.

The location is very central and close to bars and shops. The rooms are highend with very comfortable beds and showers only need renovation. We had a great stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Wasem, Omar and ameer were amazing. Really nice, honest and polite people. You can trust them. Thank you! This is not our first stay, we will be back soon!.

I had a good experience here. They treated me well, provided me with everything i needed, the breakfast buffet was good and he got refunded, so ive been more than satisfied. Also, if you look closely at what it actually offers, youll find that the rating for this place is too low. Ok, on the 3rd floor there was something next to the elevator snapping here and there and making noise. But aside from that, everything was great. Maybe there were many people moving around in the night somehow (I think whole large families were staying there), but this location is good. If you get secluded rooms facing the backyard, its gonna be twilight, but the quality is decent. Oh, no sockets on my bedside, thats also ok, just that. It was opulent starting point for discovering turkey.

The hotel is not in good shape, and it is very noisy at night. The staff is extremely nice and respectful, especially the two women serving breakfast in the morning, as well as mr jawad, one of the cleaners.
