We stayed in August 2022 for one week. When we got there in the middle of the night, we were given the option of upgrading to 105 Sea View rooms. We decided to upgrade, but when we woke up in the morning, our sea view was on the roof of two restaurants. I went to the receptionist, and they changed our room for a better view the next day. We were very impressed with the hotel, food, and staff after that! The cleanliness was excellent, the staff was always friendly, and the facilities were excellent! We are a family of three with one 6-year-old daughter. We spent over an hour every day visiting the onsite water park, which was fantastic fun! The silence pool appeared relaxed, but we chose to stay by the main pool so that our daughter could play and talk with other children. The a la carte dining shop looked calm, and we ate the seafood twice and the Italian once. We didn't bother with the Mexicans because the people we spoke with weren't very impressed and we have a fantastic Mexican place to live, so didn't want to be let down. The food and drinks were excellent. The cafe close to the snack restaurant near the beach was ideal for an iced caramel latte if you need to grab a drink of coffee! Some evenings, we chose to chill in the lobby bar because it was beautifully air-conditioned and

I recently visited Hotel Santa Ana. But the best thing was the amazing kids club facility and dancing. The employee was kind and attentive. I have never seen such hospitality. We love it. Highly recommended.

My daughter passed away and was glad to spend the day there. This family resort is a great place to go on vacation. The food is fresh and new every day. The quality of service is outstanding. The kids club is the best place for kids. They have excellent activities for all ages. Every day they have classes for kids and plays and mini discos.

We would absolutely return and were grateful we made a reservation. Stayed here for four nights in villa number 8826. Everything about this hotel was outstanding, a fantastic all-inclusive that provided a family of five with a lot of care. The villa we stayed in was a bedroom with a lounge area and two bathrooms. The rooms were prepared daily, and there was a minibar prepared. Special thanks to Dinar Ice for always being very attentive and working really hard and quickly! And always graciously accepting the daily tip we would leave. The staff here work extremely hard, so if you have the means to do so, be nice and generous. The pools are lovely and warm, and entertainment is available for everyone, and they do a fantastic job of keeping the children entertained. The Aquapark was our absolute favorite part of the hotel, the slides were excellent for all ages, and there was never a large line up. They are open 10301230 and 14301730. Think about it as a break between for resting, lunch, and relaxation. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with a waterspout station close by, we went on the banana boat. Great experience and purchased a drone video, well worth it and reasonably priced too. Sent immediately to your iPhone so you can enjoy right away. The beach restaurant has a wide variety of cuisine, burgers, chips,

We were a party of nine, six adults, and three children ages 10, 8 and 7 who remained here for two weeks as a group. The bell boys promptly picked up our baggage and introduced us to the lobby, where the reception personnel was welcoming. The bellboy introduced us to our rooms as soon as we checked in, showed us how to operate the air conditioner, and told us about the minibar, which was fully stocked with a variety of soft drinks, flavors, and beers once we were in the room, he explained that this would be topped every day, which it was. The two younger kids adored hi kids, and they participated in a number of activities like participating in science experiments, painting real flowers, painting a real car, making bubbles in a bubble workshop, and many others! Each day, there was something to do, and there was never a busy water park. If you wanted some quieter, there is a small pool that can be reached by staff members. There is a few different bars with brand-name liquor that serves appetizers. Theres a swimming area with water slides, a bubble show, and a splash pad. The waiter on rollerblades skating around taking drinks orders and serving cakes there was always entertainment going on at the pool, we had to get out and enjoy the silence pool. The swimming pool was always kept tidy, the employees
