Hotel was amazing & in a perfect location. Mehmet & the brother from Syria were so kind, polite & helpful to me & my family. Rest of the staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was big spacious & everything we wanted. Highly recommend, we will be back

Lokasinya sangat strategis, tepat di tengah kota. Sarapan enak. Terima kasih khusus kepada resepsionis Yunus dan Khala, mereka membantu segalanya, menyelesaikan masalah, dan memberi kami kamar dengan cepat. Satu-satunya minus adalah kamar dibersihkan, setelah dibersihkan kamar mandi ada seikat rambut hitam di lantai, cermin tidak dicuci dan kamar mandi sangat kotor.

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik di bagian kota tua, di sebelah halte trem. Hotel itu sendiri: audity. Seperti di kamar sebelah dan bukan pintu yang tertutup, kami beruntung, di satu sisi ruangan itu kosong, di sisi lain kami hanya mendengar tetangga sekali. Tetangga di lantai atas sedang mandi dan mengira itu ada di kamar mandi kami. Sarapannya sama seperti di hotel Turki lainnya: tapi telur dadar, telur, crouton, sayuran, buah-buahan, roti gulung, manisan, secara keseluruhan sarapannya enak. Kamarnya sudah usang, tetapi jika Anda hanya menginap, Anda tidak akan memperhatikan ukurannya (ukurannya kecil seperti di Eropa, satu lemari kecil dan tempat tidur dengan meja samping tempat tidur), tidak ada gantungan untuk pakaian luar. Satu-satunya kekurangannya adalah bahwa pemisahan tempat tidur harus menunggu hingga malam. Terima kasih kepada Andrey yang berbicara bahasa Rusia.

I will definitely return because of the excellent location, helpful personnel, and delicious breakfast. With questionable hygiene, this place is not even close to four stars. However, this is the situation in most hotels in neiberhood.

Hotel ini sangat bersih, stafnya sangat ramah, terutama Pak Koray yang sangat profesional. Kami tinggal di ruang keluarga, kamarnya bersih, sarapannya sangat bervariasi dan berkualitas, Mirage lounge di lantai paling atas sangat bagus, saya merekomendasikannya kepada semua orang. Selain itu, lokasinya sangat bagus, stasiun trem Gulhane berada tepat di depan hotel.

Kami menghabiskan 8 malam di hotel yang bersih dengan sarapan yang kaya dan bervariasi dan lokasi dekat dengan stasiun trem Ghulhane. Nilai kualitas atau harga yang tepat untuk sekitar 60 euro per malam di kamar double.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, 10 menit dari stasiun trem Guhrane. Di antara tempat wisata utama di Kota Tua. Terletak di tengah. Ada baiknya untuk berjalan-jalan dan beristirahat di sela-selanya. Taman Gulhane di depan juga bagus. Tapi kamarnya terlalu kecil dan tidak bersih. Kasurnya dimatikan dalam bentuk U haha. Saya tidur nyenyak dibandingkan dengan bentuknya, tapi sangat tidak nyaman. Saya datang ke Istanbul tanpa banyak informasi. Ada begitu banyak hotel berbeda dari yang saya harapkan, jadi sulit untuk memilih. Saat saya berjalan-jalan, ada banyak hotel kecil di Kota Tua. Menurut saya, di mana pun boleh-boleh saja asalkan lokasinya tidak di atas bukit. Kota Tua sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan-jalan. Transportasi umum juga sangat baik.

Lokasinya sangat bagus dan staf sangat kooperatif dan membantu. Saya agak kecewa dengan kondisi pembersihan kamar. Saat pertama check-in, air di bilik shower bocor, sehingga staf datang untuk memperbaikinya. (Saya sangat bersyukur itu sudah teratasi Tidak nyaman harus menelepon setiap kali saya menggunakan AC karena berfungsi atau tidak. Kamarnya tidak terlalu bersih, jadi mungkin harus sedikit bingung. Dia juga memanggil taksi ke Bandara Istanbul. Harganya 550 lira, jadi nyaman untuk membayar di hotel. Sangat, sangat nyaman. Lokasinya sangat bagus dan staf sangat kooperatif dan membantu. Pantau terus!

Lingkungannya bersih, hanya saja AC nya kurang dingin. Lokasinya nyaman, ada kereta bawah tanah di lantai satu dan dekat dengan semua tempat wisata. Ruang di dalam kamar relatif kecil, pas untuk membuka dua bagasi.

Saya sangat tidak akan pernah kembali ke hotel ini atau merekomendasikannya kepada siapa pun. Satu-satunya hal yang penting adalah lokasinya yang strategis dan stafnya ramah. Kamarnya sangat kecil. Dinding kertas membuat Anda bisa mendengar semuanya. Ketika orang-orang di kamar sebelah berbicara, sepertinya mereka berada di samping Anda di tempat tidur. Lemari kecil. Jika Anda mencari ketenangan dan kebersihan, ini bukan tempat Anda. Kurangnya pemeliharaan secara keseluruhan Malam pertama saya memakai celana piyama dengan sprei berubah warna, ada bayangan kecil yang keluar saat mencuci dengan air panas. Mereka memaksa saya untuk mencuci tanpa mencucinya, hal ini belum pernah terjadi pada saya di hotel mana pun. Jika foto dapat diunggah dalam ulasan ini, saya dengan senang hati akan mempostingnya untuk memastikan semua yang saya katakan benar. Saya berharap mereka mengaktifkannya dan kita melihat siapa yang berbohong. Tentu saja Anda memberi saya perjalanan. Saya tidak akan pernah kembali ke hotel ini atau merekomendasikannya kepada siapa pun. Ada banyak pilihan di area ini, jadi pilihlah dengan baik.

Since my work trip is over, i would like to make a few remarks. People are very nice and polite, and i believe they will arrange everything whatever you ask for. There is an umbrella when its raining. The hotel is very clean, and there are some small amenities that i really appreciate because they are basic personal hygiene items that i used to take home whenever i travel. In this case, everything was found at the hotel. Room service is also available every day. The guys at the reception are very polite, especially hasan, who makes jokes and feel very comfortable. Also, the breakfast is the best ive ever had, and it is also quite plentiful. If you eat at a restaurant outside, the prices are very high. The serving staff at the mirage lounge are very polite, especially the girl, drieli. I cant say enough good things about this place, its perfect! Im not writing as needed, but to help people fund a worthwhile hotel in Istanbuls best place. Idylle hotel!.

This place is very accessible, close to the tram and a few metro stations. The staff are very helpful in providing information on where to eat and how to travel around. Great place if you want to stay near sulthamet.

Saya telah tinggal di hotel di lebih dari 10 negara sejauh ini, tetapi stafnya paling ramah, terutama Ergun dan Andrey! Thank you so much for the warm welcome to your wonderful hotel in september 2023. We had an amazing experience with the service, the staff always smiling, and the food was delicious. The reception was welltrained and appreciated. The entire staff is incredibly kind, even though they have some difficulties with different language understanding, and they always listen to the guests needs. This hotel is in the best location for all the tourist attractions in turkish tourist attractions. We recommend this highly regarded hotel to anyone planning a trip to turkey.
