The best hotel experience I've ever had overall, and I could give it a 10010 rating if I could. This is the best hotel encounter I've ever had. The morning starts with a lovely breakfast with so many options, including cheese, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and so much more. Then the room is cleaned by outstanding room service, who are the friendliest I've ever met. The lady who cleaned our room always smiled on our faces. The view is also amazing! The service is quick and easy. Best hotel in Istanbul! Guaranteed!.

I recently returned from a 2-night stay at this hotel and had no idea what to anticipate based on mixed evaluations on here. I can sincerely say that I was really impressed and will remain here again next year when I return to Turkey. I am a veteran traveler.. I spend 12 days each week in a different nation, so it takes a lot of energy to impress me. When I got to the hotel entrance, I was greeted and my baggage was brought in for me, and I was escorted to the lobby. My room wasnt furnished, so I was given a warm greeting and upgraded to a bigger room. The same person who showed me to the lobby then took me to my room and explained where everything was. The room itself was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Significant improvement over the room I had previously at the Wyndham grand. The hotel offers easy access to the parking lot it's attached to. The mall itself has everything you might need, including a grocery shop. There are also many stores and restaurants on the neighborhood streets. One morning, I had breakfast for 350 Turkish Lira, which I had previously mentioned in other reviews. I was also advised I would pay when I finished and left, and when I started eating, the bill was thrown in front of me at my table. There is a gym and pool available if necessary. On the day

I will definitely recommend this to others. This hotel is in a great location and great place to go for business conferences. The wifi and service are good. This is my first time in Turkey and I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. There is a mall with many stores 15 minutes' walk away.

For families, the hotel is a great place to stay in Istanbul. Also, the location is near the mall with the supermarket and some nearby restaurants. The friendly and helpful staff, especially with rehab and same area, it makes us need to take the bus or a taxi to get there.

Overall the best hotel experience I have ever had and if I could I could give it a 10010 rating. This is the best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Breakfast is served in a lovely way with a variety of options including cheese, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and a lot more. Our stay at this hotel was made comfortable, especially by star who went out of his way to fix our mishaps and everything else because he speaks excellent English. He basically ensured a pleasant stay. And to Cengiz such a lovely guy who knows his job and speaks good English, he is always happy to help. In truth, these two guys deserve a raise in wages. Sadly, just for the two of you, we will return to this hotel.

I came to the hotel in the morning while in Istanbul on business. It was the next day, and I made a mistake. The receptionist, my. Vodka, personally handled the matter. He moved the room for early check-in because I was incredibly exhausted. He has been helpful from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day I checked out. Excellent breakfast and service. This hotel is a wonderful choice.

I stayed here for 5 days. The cleaner lady Humeral is very friendly, she cleaned my room very well, room no. 1005. I also asked her some interesting questions and she answered me with patience using her phone to translate from Turkish to English.

There are so many options for food at this hotel, including the variety, fresh, and excellent foods that were offered. The staff was so kind and professional. Besides that, the room was also so clean and cozy. Subsequently, the location of the hotel was in a strategic area. The location is in a little district with cobblestone streets, not touristy, but has a vibrant local flavor with a few small pizza and side restaurants close by. The big mall with Ikea and other places to buy is 10 minutes away and only a 6 minute metro stop away. The food was great and there was a long buffet for dinner and there was a wonderful choice of desserts.

Due to the many mismatched reviews on here, I just returned from a two-night stay at this hotel. I have to admit that I was very satisfied, and when I return to Turkey next year, I will remain here again. Being a well-versed traveler, it takes a lot to impress me. My luggage was carried into me when I arrived at the hotel entrance, and I was taken to the lobby. My room wasnt finished, so I was greeted with open arms and given an upgrade to a larger room. The same person who showed me to the lobby then took me to my room and explained where everything was. Room 1205 was roomy, tidy, quiet, and comfy. This was a significant improvement on the room I had previously had at the Wyndham Grand. The car park mall, which is connected to, is easy to reach from the hotel. The mall itself has everything you might need, including a supermarket, and the few hot items on display were dried out. As I am honest, I did surprise myself for breakfast one morning, and it was adequate. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on the streets of the surrounding streets. The price of room service is good and offers plenty of choices. If necessary, a gym and pool are available. I was thrilled to discover the employee who had checked me in the day of checkout. He remembered my name and inquired how things had gone

The same person who showed me to the lobby then took me to my room and explained where everything was. The room itself, number 1205, was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a major improvement over the one I had before at the wyndham grand. The hotel provides easy access to the car park it's attached to. The mall itself has everything you might need including a supermarket, as well as an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. I did give myself breakfast one morning at 350 Turkish lira, but I was somewhat disappointed. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the coffee was weak and not of the highest quality. I stayed here for a week on business. I felt very comfortable and the surrounding area was full of restaurants and supermarkets where I can buy groceries. There are also many coffee shops that are very new. You don't need a taxi because the metro is very near by. You can take it from Cayman or Umraniye.
