Schönes Appartement, sauber und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant,sowie an der Rezeption sehr freundlich zuvorkommend ind hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach des Hotels ist ein Restaurant mit Terasse. Von dort hat man reinen traumhaften Blick über den Bosporus auf Istanbul und kann sehr lecker dort Essen. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr belebten Straße, bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine Baustelle,direkt am Nachbarhaus,was leider zu viel Baulärm führte. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

The room was spotless and very spacious. We could relax, feeling very much at home. Staff is extremely friendly. We felt very much taken care of. There is also a roof top restaurant where you have a view over the old city, and public transport (tram) is almost at the doorstep. The reception is always there with advice - great, beautiful hotel.

The room was spotless with lots of amenities. The staff were constantly checking in to make sure everything was great about my stay. Their knowledge on the city for tourists was excellent and they even gave me tips on how to navigate the city. They also have a rooftop restaurant which a really great view. They really went above and beyond.

The room was exquisitely designed with great attention to detail. The spa downstairs was fantastic. The location was excellent, with easy access to ferries and a pleasant neighborhood with excellent restaurants. Despite the excellent location, it was remarkably peaceful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely return.

Our time at the karakoy apartments was enjoyable. The location was ideal for our plans in turkey, being close to the main sights and historical sites. The men at reception were very courteous and considerate. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel only at 2 am and were able to check in. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. We chose the deluxe room, which had plenty of space for two people. The room had nice extras, which exceeded our expectations for the price we paid for our stay. The shower head looked very tired, so there could be some improvements. The only drawback for me personally was the large main road with the tram next to the hotel. I sleep light, so it was difficult to fall asleep. Thats why i gave it 4 out of 5 stars for the location. If you are the same type of sleeper as i am, i would recommend taking earplugs. The hotel felt safe, and after reading some reviews about the hotels security, i couldnt confirm that. We were able to twist the lock on the entrance door, and no one tried to open it while we were there. We had a safe in the room where we could leave our valuables, easy to use. There were no ironing facilities in the room, and im not sure if the hotel does, as i always travel with my steamer. Thank you to all the hotel staff for a pleasant stay.

Karaoke apart is only a 5-minute walk from the galaxy tower, which makes the location amazing. Not only are you close to the tower and the main shopping street, but if you take the tram, which takes only 3 minutes to walk, youll be at the ultanahmet in 10 minutes. There are a ton of wonderful restaurants in the new karaoke district, and I can assure you that there are numerous wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from, and the atmosphere is fantastic there. Initially, my boyfriend and I remained at the karaoke for three nights, then we traveled to earmarks for seven days, and when we returned, we remained another 12 days. We spent the first three nights on the ith level, and the second time, we were graciously upgraded to the ith floor. Both accommodations were lovely. The first room was actually a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen, which was a portion of the living room. The design was very modern, and the room included two french balconyes with a view of the topkapi palace. Everything was tidy, including the restroom. This room, along with room one, was also spotless and cleaned every day, and included a bathroom. Both rooms included a refrigerator, kitchen appliances, and a kettle. I would stay there again. It's in a great location! Near historical landmarks and transit options to explore other parts of Istanbul off the beaten path. I stayed there during the hot month of August and the room had reliable air conditioning. Such a nice surprise! I received excellent service and was made to feel at home and comfortable.

Es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir wurden mehrmals gefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen etc. Kurz vor der Abreise wurde für uns sogar eine vertrauenswürdiger Flughafentransfer organisiert.
