Kami tinggal di sini bersama ibu, ayah, dan anak perempuan saya yang berusia 5 tahun selama 4 hari karena pengobatan penyakit, tetapi kami menyesalinya. Pagi hari keberangkatan kami, saya membayar semua biaya hotel dan pergi ke rumah sakit. Karena saya harus melakukannya setelah pulang dari rumah sakit karena scan tomografi, saya menemukan tempat duduk di bus jam 11 malam. Saya menelepon hotel dan mengatakan bahwa akan sulit bagi orang tua saya untuk duduk di lobi selama waktu mengosongkan kamar karena mereka berusia 80- an dan saya bertanya apakah mereka bisa duduk di kamar jika mereka memiliki kamar kosong. Mereka bilang ya, kita akan menyuruh mereka duduk di satu kamar. Ketika saya kembali dengan putri saya sekitar jam 5- 6, mereka duduk di kamar dengan tempat tidur single untuk 2 orang. Saya menelepon lobi dan mengatakan bahwa kami hanya duduk di kamar setelah petugas membuka kamar dan ketika kami bertanya apakah kami harus pergi nanti kami diberitahu bahwa itu kosong, duduklah, dia mulai marah, mengatakan Anda akan membayar uang. Ketika dia berkata "Kami adalah 3,5 orang termasuk putri saya, Anda memesan kamar untuk 4 orang, bagaimana Anda dapat memesan kamar dengan tempat tidur single untuk 4 orang Dia dengan berani menerima harga untuk 2 orang. Dia melanjutkan permintaan tanpa malu-malu. Saya tidak akan pernah tinggal di sana lagi dan uang dilarang. Mereka menipu kami dan mengumpulkan uang untuk kamar yang tidak kami tempati.

I enjoyed my stay at the King Hotel! Comfortable and clean, and a terrific traditional breakfast. Staff was friendly and went the extra mile. Pool looked beautiful but I didn’t have time. Highly recommend!

Really nice to stay in a Turkish hotel rather than a "bog standard" chain. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the drive to the airport at the end was a fair price and when I needed it. Location is quiet and safe yet within easy walking distance of lots of great restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is basic but wholesome and eating it on the patio by the pool an ideal start to the day. Will definitely stay again if, as I hope, I come back to Ankara again soon!

My husband and I arrived late to Ankara for a meeting at the American Embassy. We had selected this hotel the night before and were unsure, because in Ankara if the hotels aren't very expensive they are not worth even trying to stay in. However, after arriving at the hotel at 10pm, we were so presently surprised at what a great hotel. Not only is the location fantastic for the Embassy, but it is also very close to Kizilay merkezi yet far enough away to be very quiet. The interior of the hotel is very large, and while all the furniture and fabrications have a 1980s feel, they are all in great condition and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and always asking if we needed anything, such as a taxi or directions. The rooms (the standard which we selected) was like a mini- apartment. Very large room, a small kitchenette, large bathroom and large TV to sit and relax. We were so happy with this hotel, and will make it our go-to hotel when in Ankara.

I stayed here for 10 days in a large apart room with its own kitchen and sofa area. All the staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend it, great value for money and includes a good turkish breakfast.

The hotel is of very high quality. The staff are very friendly. Thank you all, very helpful. I stayed with my parents and they were very respectful. It is really 5 star standards, especially with the lovely staff. I will be back in ankara. Amazing. My parents are over 65 years old and they provide breakfast packed plates for the room.
