The location is excellent, not far from the main restaurants and corniche if you want to go shopping. However, the maintenance of the hotel is not satisfactory, the breakfast and dinner buffets are quite small, but that is enough for me.

This time, my second stay in this hotel, the first time was after the lockdown when breakfast was served to me in my room. They remembered me and gave me a nice room with a unique view of the ocean. Although the hotel is far from the ocean, you can still see it from your room. This time's breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection of regional Arabic breakfast items. Thank you, mercury, for the special treatment. I will definitely return and will not suggest you to family friends.

I've had a great experience while staying at the mercury hotel. The service provided was very good, and the friendliness from the employees was very impressive. And then, the service, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff exceeded my expectations.

I visited during March, and I stayed there for a weekend. Although it may be challenging to locate a parking spot, the hotel is in a tranquil area. The hotel is filled frequently, and the surrounding area is equally filled. The hotel is large, and the parking lot and surrounding areas are both equally spacious. I reserved an executive suite with two bedrooms, which is excellent for a family of four and is a cozy restaurant that matches the size of the hotel. The cost included a breakfast buffet. Variety is adequate, and the lobby is a bit cramped, and there is a fitness center with a covered pool. They have a tiny, unidentified building. The dining area and lobby furniture are worn out and need to be replaced. Overall, the hotel is worth staying because of the low cost. I'd suggest it to people with disabilities to return to this hotel.

Hotellet har normal standard. Personalen i receptionen talar dålig engelska. Särskilt en person som jobbar i receptionen på dagarna är arrogant och vet inte vad ordet service betyder. Restaurangen lagar alltid samma mat. Varje dag finns ett urval av kyckling, fisk och spagetti med sås, både till lunch och middag. Hotellet är fullt av ryssar som agerar som om de äger hotellet. Det som var positivt är den städpersonalen på tredje våningen. Alltid perfekt städat och med fint uppträdandet. Det är säkert att jag aldrig kommer tillbaka.

I booked 2 weeks all inclusive stayed only 4 nights and left because of the smell and dirty sheets and bad quality of food. The staff are not friendly niether helpful.
