Wonderful small boutique hotel in the perfect spot high up in Goreme for viewing sunrise balloons and the town at night. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Our authentic cave room was beautiful. Lots of small terraces to sit and relax on. Excellent turkish breakfast and a lovely roof terrace bar. Prices were expensive from the bar and not a great choice of beers. However it was perfect for a nightcap or just to sit and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Very exotic, like sleeping in a very fancy playground. Has amazing views. Staff is awesome and will coordinate everything for you from hiking to balloon rides. Best family vacation ever.

We absolutely loved our stay at koza. It’s a small intimate hotel that truly gives you the luxury cave experience. The terrace has the highest view in cappadocia and is so breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again!

I cant recommend it enough. A truly wonderful place to stay. Up the hill away from tourist attractions, with a very relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere. Sam and his incredible family were extremely hospitable, always willing to assist with anything and genuinely so friendly. The cave rooms were also spectacular and very unique. Apart from that, still the best place to watch the balloons in the morning. Even better than being in the balloons because you are right up there on an amazing terrace looking out over them all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offered us a private taxi service from the airport and also when we fly back. You have to pay extra for that. Breakfast is very good. You have to choose from so many delicious dishes prepared by one sweet lady. You also get a great view of the breakfast. If you decide to stay here, choose one of the larger suits - like the deluxe one. It is spacious and has good air conditioning. The best part of all was waking up at 5.30 to the spectacular hot air ballon scenery on the rooftop terrace. It is so worth it. G was there in the morning and was very nice to take pictures of us and his guests. Also we had an engagement proposal that morning so it was very exciting. Thank you kza cave hotel.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. The property was stunning with an amazing view and the staff were very friendly. The homemade turkish breakfast is very delicious. Every corner of the hotel has a spectacular view, especially the rooftop. Very clean room, everything was perfect. Ask about ozgur, he is very friendly and helpful, he helped us plan all our trip.

This hotel comes highly recommended by me. The hotel is conveniently located. Yaya assisted us in renting a car that was delivered to our hotel. They also assisted in arranging our ballon flight and transportation to and from the airport. The hotel has a setem restaurant within walking distance. We had a great time.

Koza cave is a family run business. We felt the moment we were picked up from the airport. It was his birthday and they bought him a small cake and upgraded our room. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. We booked their uncle for a private tour the next day. The food i cant even tell you how amazing the homemade breakfast was. I kept eating for 2 hours and wanted more. It reminded me of my mothers cooking. The server i forgot his name was very sweet in the morning was very thoughtful. Liza at the bar was great. A spectacular visit. Will be back.

This place is by far the best place in goreme. The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and supportive of the balloon flight. The view is amazing, the rooms are great, and the breakfast is delicious. A great family. Sam, his cousin, and all the ladies. They are worth every penny spent.

We will definitely stay here again! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The most wonderful staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived. We were overjoyed at this hotel! It was the wisest decision we made to stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The rooftop is fantastic all day, but especially to watch the balloons in the morning! The rooms are a treat if youre looking for a traditional cave hotel with a touch of luxury, this hotel is for you! It is cozy, roomy, and lovely. It is also quiet, cozy, and spotless! The staff organized a wonderful sunset horseback riding excursion! Parking is readily available outside the hotel. The main town area is within walking distance, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Its a familyrun hotel that is just lovely, and you can feel the love for their hotel. They were so kind that when we checked out of our room, we had a photoshoot where we got very dusty, and they allowed us access to their private shower to freshen up before leaving.
