4 gün 3 gece konakladık. Çok ilgili bir işletmeydi. 2 ayrı odanın balkon manzarası, odanın temizliği ve büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı oda kahvaltı değil açık büfeydi Buda güzel olan bir diğer durumdu :) Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz.

Hotel çok güzel bir konumda, vapurlardan iner inmez 5 dk ya hotele varıyorsunuz. Murat bey konaklamamıza bisiklet kiralamıza her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, Murat bey’e misafir perliğinden dolayı çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltı büyükada port hotelde alabiliyorsunuz, denize sıfır bir konuma açık büfe şeklinde. Gayet yeterli ve güzel ortamdı. Odalardan bahsedecek olursak çok temiz zaten yeni yenilenmiş odalar. Biz kısacası annem ile bayıldık. Güzel bir haftasonu tatili için ideal bir hotel.

This hotel is close to restaurants, a ferry, and a strategic location. The employees here were so polite. When we checked in, we were given a room that was quite nice, it was clean even though the size was small. They provide bigger rooms if you need them.

I stayed at this hotel for about 25 nights when I was alone. For me, as a person who likes tranquility and being away from the bustle of the city, my stay at this hotel was the best in Istanbul and Turkey. The staff were very friendly and always smiling in your face despite the fact that I couldn't understand them but I really felt like they were my friends, the hotel is in the charming buyukada, the most beautiful and biggest island of the princess islands. Most of the hotel guests were young couples, it seemed like the hotel is a romantic spot. This is a small boutique hotel on an island, so don't expect the services of a five-star hotel, I think you should stay at Taksims Hotels if you want these standards. All I want to say is that this hotel is a fantastic location for those who want quietness, relaxation, or romantic time with their partners at a great inexpensive hotel.

The service at the hotel was exemplary. The location was excellent, 5 minutes' walk from restaurants and ferry ports, but there was no hustle and bustle. The hotel was roomy, clean, and had a fantastic view from the balcony. The employees were friendly and helpful at breakfast. The staff was also friendly and helpful, there is a quiet environment all around the hotel.

We requested a room with a balcony and a view, but we paid a premium. The view was.. Well, if you looked between the buildings, you could see the sea. The minimal design was appealing, but it was stripped of value including service, which was surprisingly absent, no real welcome, and no recommendations for touring the island. The rooms are about a half size, but they are starkly furnished, such as one small basin and no mat on the tiles floor when you use the shower. Breakfast was pathetic, a plate of processed sliced meat and packaged cheese! And water bottles were charged in the room.

Resepsiyonda karsilayan hanimefendi ye tesekkur ederiz guleryuzlüydü. Bi sorun yasamadik ama odada su yoktu ,cop kutusu da yoktu cay ,su isitici olsa kış konaklamasinda ozellikle onemliydi bunun disinda tertemiz otel tekrar tercih edecegiz kolayliklar diliyoruz

Kumsal Butik Otel’de fiyatlar normaldi. Genel olarak güzeldi diyebilirim. Ancak girişte kötü bir koku vardı ve temizlik konusunda yetersizdi. 3 gün boyunca odada temizlik yapılmadı. Sabah kahvaltısının aşağıda olacağını sanmıştık, fakat bilgi verilmedi. Masada kimse yoktu birine sorduğumda kahvaltının başka bir yerde olduğunu öğrendik, bu yüzden biraz geç kaldık. Samimiyet konusunda da eksiklik hissettik.
