Denize ve sahil restaurantlarına çok yakın. Gayet temiz ve yeterliydi. Önünde park yeri de bulabilirsiniz. Memnun kaldık!

Biz bir gece kaldık ama Turunç çok hoş bir yermiş. Bi kaç gün daha kalınabilirmiş. Otel gayet güzel, temiz, kahvaltısı yeterli. Şezlongları ve plajı çok güzeldi.

Otelin konumu ve temizliği oldukça iyi, otoparkının ve plajda şezlonglarının olması da çok iyi, çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlar ve ilgililer. Eksi yönleri odada eşyaların eski ve yıpranmış olması ile kahvaltısının zayıf olması.

Location of the Lale hotel is excellent being only a 6/7 minute walk into the centre of Turunc and just 3 mins to the beach. The frontage of the hotel is great for people watching and in spite of being near the main street is a comfortable place to enjoy the excellent breakfasts provided. Our Bedroom was in need of a makeover and whilst a little sparse, was clean with comfortable beds, clean linen, towels and air conditioning. The fridge was in need of replacing and was only suitable for storing bottles of water. The staff were friendly and always willing to oblige with any requests and requirements.

Turunç'da denize erisimi kolay olsun diye tercih ettigimiz bir oteldi. Plaja yakin ve yuruyerek gidebiliyorsunuz, plajda otele ait sezlonglar var, rahatca vakit gecirebiliyorsunuz. Dus almak isterseniz, odaniza cikmaniz gerekecek, cunku yok, diger isletmelerin dusuna giderseniz ki gittik, kendi isletmeniz cozsun dus sorununuzu dediler. Ayaklarinizi yikamaniz icin, giriste hortum var. Cocugumuz oldugu icin oda ister istemez kum oldu, ikinci gun odayi temizleyebilir misiniz dedigimizde, neden kum oldu ki gibi bir cevapla karsilastik. 2 aksam konakladik, iyi ki daha fazla gun ayirmamisiz. Aksam cocugumuza corba icirirken, esim arka masada bir bayanla sohbet ediyordu, otel sahibi isterseniz siz de o masaya gecin daha rahat olur, birazdan burasi dolacak gibi gereksiz bir tavir gostermis. Ben orda olmadigim icin gidip durumu sordum, gulerek cevap verdi kendisini hakli gorerek yuzsuzce, biz o kisileri tanimiyoruz, esim neden baskasinin masasina otursun ki dedim. Cok saygisizca bir davranis, ilk defa boyle bir seyle karsilastim. Odadaki klima yeterli sogutmuyor, kapiyi actiginiz an kapaniyor. Arka tarafta otopark var, anahtari sorunluymus oraya cekmeyin dendi, arabanizi cektiginiz yer iyiyse hareket ettirmeyin, otelinin onune de cekebilirsiniz ama, filan gibi gereksiz cumlelere maruz kaliyorsunuz.Bizim icin kotu bir tecrube oldu.

We booked for one night. As we arrived the guy at the reception told us that he not work together with E-bookers. He let us know that he doesn’t accept booking. We left and now hope that ebookers pay us the amount back

Cet hotel m'a fait payer la nuit en me disant que mon paiement par carte n'avait pas été fait alors qu'hotel.com m'avait déjà débité le montant de la réservation. La direction de cet hotel n'est pas correcte !
