The hotel is in a prime location, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. But what really sets the hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here!.

The service provided is excellent, and the staff personally looked after you like a family. I really liked being there because of the location, but i had supper on the roof with sweeping views of dahoa Sophia, blue mosque, or the bosphorus river. Staff service calls out for shouting.

This hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, close to everything that news can be seen and experienced. It is literally within walking distance from the blue Musk and grand bazzar. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Although the rooms are small, they are cozy.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city. All major attractions are within walking distance. Although not particularly large, the rooms are kept up and clean. The bathrooms are quite small. Staff members are courteous and eager to assist you. Breakfast is average. Not much variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a fantastic threestar hotel, the location is excellent, there are plenty of nice, cozy restaurants just outside, and all the great landmarks are within walking distance. The view is breathtaking, breakfast is delicious and filling. I stayed in deluxe room, which was spacious and pleasant. Its probably the only thing to note that cleaning needs to be of comparatively higher quality because, as i discovered, my room had subpar cleaning efforts. Just something to improve, not criticism. Thank you for allowing me to have an enjoyable stay.

We spent one night here, and i must admit that the only positive aspect of this place was the terrace view. The room and bathroom were unclean. It appears to be much more luxurious than it actually is in the pictures. Although the staff is friendly, we would not stay here again because it wasnt as clean or updated.

We cant wait to return. Reminiscent of our three nights at lapis in march 2020. Excellent and practical location in the old city, within walking distance of all attractions. The best and polite staff / Shams checked us in and took us to their top floor breakfast terrace for refreshments and to admire the most beautiful sights of the blue mosque, aya Sophia against the incredible backbone of bosphorous! The rooms were decent, comfortable, and updated. Breakfast was traditional, delicious, generous!.

The lapis inn hotel has been given a new name. It was once known as the ambassador hotel, but it is no longer. Very close to the sultan akhmet tramway station (less than one minute walk from both sides) and right next to dozens of restaurants and shops, Turkish delight, and the Turkish bath. The checkin process was very simple, with the receptionist speaking good english, making it easy to communicate with him. Our room was on the fifth floor, right adjacent to our breakfast room, which had incredibly beautiful views of the city and sea! However, the only issue was that i could hear everyone who came to have breakfast early in the morning. So ive used to wake up early because of noise coming from the room next door to my room. Large room with en suite bathroom with great views if you open the window. When it rains, umbrellas were provided for free in lobby. Room service was good, they always had extra bath towels and toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, blankets on each floor in clogged closet cleans and ready to use. I heartily recommend this hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and if i were to visit turkey in the future, ill definitely consider staying at this hotel again. I spent six nights here with my family, which was an excellent experience. The entire crew was extremely helpful and kind. All of the hotel amenities were available, including all the amenities we required. There was also soaring views of what was nearby from the hotels rooftop. We wanted to explore all of its main attractions and dining options, but because the location is so convenient, the grand bazaar is only ten to twelve minutes walk away, while the motel is close to the major attractions or food places.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with a beautiful rooftop area with breakfast included in the room rate every day. So glad we liked this hotel. Close to metro and tram. Lots of shopping. Restaurants are endless and right across the street from the blue mosque.

This small hotel is located between an alley in the sultanahmet area. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is the best because it is close to tram service. Eminonu is easily accessible by tram. Grand bazaar is within walking distance. Just dont eat at the restaurant next to the hotel, its expensive. Staff were very friendly. They made you feel welcome. On our first day, mr. Ahmed welcomed us. View on level 5 was amazing. 5 views for 3 prices. Airport transfer booking was super easy. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Not very flashy at first sight, but rooftop terrace, convenient location to all restaurants, Sultanahmet square, tram all make up for it. Must mention friendly staff. Standard rooms are quite small, if thats ok, we recommend deluxe rooms.

I heartily endorse this place! Among the finest hotels ive ever stayed at in Istanbul, on my third visit, it boasts an incredible location just a 3minute walk from the blue mosque and aga Sofia, as well as being close to popular tourist destinations like the grand bazaar and the galata tower. Despite receiving three stars, the service provided was exceptional, while the rooms were lovely and immaculate. Additionally, its price point is very reasonable.

I would definitely stay again! The ambassador was the ideal location for my stay in Istanbul. Close to the blue mosque, topkapi palace, grand bazaar, and other museums. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. From the top floor terrace, the view is absolutely stunning. Although the standard rooms are small and could use some updating, they were clean and adequate.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location. This charming hotel is hidden away behind swarming tourist streets. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. With stunning views of the blue mosque and the Haga Sofia on the rooftop, the view is 10/10. Although the hotel rooms are comparatively smaller by american standards, with the location and rooftop there is plenty more to enjoy than just the accommodation. I will definitely be back and would like to thank management for providing such utmost comfort.

Ive stayed here three times already and i dont think ill ever stay anywhere else when traveling to turkey. The location is ideal, directly across from the tram station and easy to get around. Very easy access to and from ataturk airport. When in turkey, you dont spend much time in the hotel, so the rooms are small but wellequipped. Nearly all the attractions you want to see. This hotels pricing is reasonable, and the breakfast is excellent, especially with a view of the courtyards blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Sitting on the terrace provides an unbeatable view. Staff members are always willing to assist and are very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the blue mosque and other attractions. The breakfast room offers a stunning view. Additionally, the breakfast itself is satisfying. It was pleasantly spacious and cozy. In addition, staff members were exceptionally professional and helpful, offering greeted guests with tea and cake before enjoying Turkish delights upon departure.
