Our reservation had 2 queen beds, but the room was tiny with 2 twin beds, and they could not change our beds. Payment for less is bad. The only good thing about this place is the location. So many restaurants are lined up next to the hotel, very close to Mary's Day Parade. We booked this to watch the Mary's Day Parade, and yes, it's convenient to have a position.

This is a very nice hotel. It was exactly what I was expecting. It was in close proximity to everything I needed to go. The rooftop bar and cloud social were also a plus after a long day. The bartender was great. I will certainly stay here again.

The advantages of this location are that it is affordable. The rooms design is outdated and in need of improvement to make it more contemporary. In the bathroom, there is little ventilation and only a wall with a power hairdryer. It has been said that the receptionists in every hotel where Ive ever stayed do not allow outgoing mail, not even postcards. However, there is no space for luggage storage, a feature that hotel staff are willing to share with guests. I had to travel around Manhattan for five hours because of the lack of luggage storage as I finished my evening flight. However, there is a junior restaurant near Times Square that offers customers luggage storage. Considering the pros, Id rather remain at this hotel once more. However, there are areas that hotel management may consider improving.
