This modern, comfortable, and clean hotel is run by the dynamic crew of exceptional young people, who are going the extra mile to cater to the guests. Very pleasant stay, especially convenient for its (relative) proximity to the Istanbul airport. However, if Istanbul is your major destination, be prepared using a taxi to reach the city.

This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV.The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira MAX You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay here again.

I feel uncomfortable staying in this hotel and would advise you to try to go back here again. The service was very helpful and friendly staff. The front desk direct us to our room and given us menus for ordering food. The room is beautifully decorated and modern. The bad, the room is so small that it is barely larger than my closet at home. There is only one towel for 2 people with no towel or washcloth. The toilet flush mechanism had a problem. It seems that the button is going to break every time you push it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the bed was comfortable. The service from the concierge was amazing. My flight was delayed and they asked me to check the hotel transfer if my flight was delayed. They checked all my flights and offered me dinner suggestions.

This hotel is lovely. Loft airport hotel We were completely in shock at how nice the room is. The room has a small refrigerator with free drinks coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings and the bathroom is wonderful. We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. We upgraded exceptionally. When you get a taxi from the airport, make sure the taxi driver lights up the meter. If you don't see the meter running by the time you leave the airport, advise him to turn over and turn on the meter. I noticed several Turkish cab drivers don't illuminate the meter from the airport, why because they want to take advantage of tourists. Avoid paying more than 200 Turkish lira max. You may even take a uber for a maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately, it's impossible to get an uber back to the airport. We did ride the bus from the hotel back to the airport. 160 lira. The hotel states that it is about 8 12 miles by road. I have seen the girls guys at the front desk are exceptional, they spoke English and ordered us food that is meant to be delivered to us in the evening. They also recommended places to eat. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for 5 because our flight was not until 530, so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem, which we thought was very nice
