The hotel is pleasant for groups, the staff is very good, and the location is close to shopping street, grand bazar, beyazit area, kumkapi restaurants. The rooms are great, so i will come back every time. Excellent service for excursions in Istanbul, best relations with travel agencies and guides (boys gokkhan and burak)!.

The hotel neighborhood isnt very good, but its close to everything! 15 minutes to 20 minutes walk to anywhere. Yes, the hotel is old, yet the service and staff were outstanding! I felt well taken care of and protected. They were there to help and answer questions about everything. Helped arrange the covid test and airport transfers. Even housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us. Breakfast was traditional turkish food with a beautiful view from the restaurant. It was clean and close by.

Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan Sultanahmet dan tempat wisata utama, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, tapi semuanya dijual dalam jumlah besar. Sarapannya kurang enak, handuk di kamar ada noda yang belum dicuci, sandal selalu dibawa kemana-mana, yang baru tidak tertinggal.
