The hotel is very nice and has friendly staff. The location is convenient, just 30 minutes to the new airport taxis are available. For 5 days, a room for 3 people costs 150 euros. Everything is brand new and clean. Every day, the room is cleaned. I recommend this hotel. Its better to choose between vistas of the golden horn bay. A few meters away are several grocery stores around the hotel in the area.

It was a pleasant stay, even though the room is not big but it's ok since we traveling a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. room is clean and they clean our room everyday. There is water, coffee and tea at lobby area. Internet is good. The most important is the location, Near to public transportation: metro, bus, ferry

This hotel offers affordable prices. The rooms are decent for the price paid. Its ideal for young people who can walk uphill to the merto station, but not for those who cannot walk upward. From istiklal street and the metro station 250 meters away are the hotels. There are supermarkets with small restaurants close by, and a very good lowcost municipal restaurant. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel. Some rooms have vistas of the sea. Due to its difficulty to get to an older person on the top hill, elderly people wont appreciate it. Only one station runs from shie station to taksim.

The hotel is rather average. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good english (this added another star to the review) They could focus more on general cleanliness. It wasnt disgusting, but they could do a better job cleaning hair from previous guests. This place is dated and has some things that need to be fixed. I could hear everything my neighbors said because the walls were so thin, there were occasional strong cigarette smells. If you want your room cleaned every day, ask for it. About 10 minutes walk from istikal street, however you have to walk uphill or upstairs. Being next to i felt pleasantly safer because it is right next door to police station.

The police station close to the hotel ensures a lot of safety. And then, this hotel is excellent overall. After that, the personnel are very kind and helpful, especially the one who works shifts in the morning. Subsequently, all in all, its rated as i like it.

The rooms are not large, but for couples or individuals, they are ideal. Then, the price is worth it with what i got here. After, even though the room isnt big, its perfect for a couple or for one person. Subsequently, all the staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff is polite. Some rooms are small, but the sea view room is ok. There is an inexpensive restaurant nearby for breakfast with a view of the ocean. Location is good. After i visited the hotel for tasty time and had hor drew up some nice things. The manager is kind and elegant.

Excellent place to stay in turkey. 24hour tea and coffee are provided in reasonably priced, spotless rooms. Ideal location for exploring many attractions and shopping. The staff, however, was the best feature of the new taksim hotel. They are excellent. Really kind and accommodating, doing their best to assist all the guests, which can be frustrating at times! Plus, they are trustworthy because we left items there before our cycling trip through turkish waters, and everything was in good condition when we returned. Many thanks, everyone, you were all fantastic!.

Excellent personnel. The words are actually less. This hotel has a very kind and polite staff. They are all extremely helpful and professional. Additionally, they speak fluent english and are available to assist and guide you if necessary. Solve your problems. You feel at ease. It is immaculate. Excellent room service is provided. Make sure the rooms are clean and fresh by the cleaning crew. Everything, excellent service, and pristine accommodations are offered here. Five minutes walk to the metro and very close to taksims main attractions. All directions are in incredibly convenient location. I spent three weeks here there. God bless everyone at the new tikshim hotel. Will return.

When we arrived in turkey, we discovered that the hotel we had reserved was undergoing renovations, so we were unable to sleep. We requested assistance from the local police station, and one officer took us there and offered us a room for half the price just for the night. The room was clean and wellkept. Both the shower and the bed were excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Nearby are taksim and galata tower, as well as the metro and bus stations. The rooms are immaculate and smell wonderful. Very helpful, kind, and upbeat staff. They were very helpful to us. I highly recommend it. Will undoubtedly return.

We came at midnight and they secured us a room at favourable prices. Clean, safe with friendly staff. Mehmet bey tried to offer us everything we needed. The location is good and close to taksim and also the next building has idk police station so you can always feel safe.

Kami menginap di hotel New Taksim ketika kami kembali dari Cappadocia ke Istanbul. Kalau sebelumnya kami tidur di daerah Sultanahmed, kali ini kami tidur di daerah Taksim. Hotelnya tidak besar tapi kamarnya sangat nyaman. Kami memilih kamar keluarga. Ada 2 kamar dan 1 kamar mandi. Satu kamar dengan tempat tidur king dan satu lagi dengan tempat tidur single untuk 2 orang. Kebetulan kami berempat jadi pas. Sarapannya sangat enak. Orang Turki selalu menyediakan banyak makanan bahkan saat sarapan. Banyak pilihan keju dan selai. Luar biasa!
