First of all, this is my favorite vacation, the first time I stayed at No. 81. The front desk is great, you feel like you're a member of their family. The breakfast is fantastic, the restaurant cuisine is excellent. I met the chef, great guy, great food, and the beach employees provide you with the highest level of service, are very kind, and have prompt service. The room is immaculate, and the beach is breathtaking. The water at the end of the beach is incredible, and the owners are friendly and down to earth. I'm really happy I stayed here, and I finally have a place to stay without looking around no 81.

The room service is friendly and courteous. The beach club of the hotel complex is also very nice. Unfortunately, the beachfront sea view room is very disappointing. They are very small. They are not advertised as having 22 square meters. The shower has no hot water and water pressure is negligible. The window in the bathroom fell off it's anchorage and fortunately did not catch us. The balcony can offer fantastic sea view, but only has space for 1 person more than a simple chair that does not fit on it. I usually do not write bad reviews online, but my attempt to deal with management did not work as I would have liked. Overall, unfortunately, it must be said that our room category is far from up to the price level called and the rooms actually have and the rooms actually have a higher perception of the room than the room actually has.

I have a hard time speaking of his dignity and compassion. And then, even though our lives were upended in a foreign country and we were forced to spend days in quarantine, berk always treated us with respect and compassion. During our stay, he was very accommodating to my wife and me.

The staff here were very attentive, and friendly. They served excellent cuisine, especially the art deco rooms. The location is in Turkish Buku with private beach.

I love this place and I will stay here again. Especially considering the beautiful setting. All seemed planned into detail. The best service and setup to feel good. The music sets the mood, and the clarity with even lower volume is unique. The food is another story itself, not just the presentation and quality. It would be great if they kept open for the whole year, so we heard. Hope to come back soon.
