Kami memiliki pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan di Taksim Square. Staf semua sangat akomodatif, ramah dan membantu. Jika ada masalah dengan kamar kami (tetangga sangat bising di malam hari), kami dapat dengan mudah pindah ke kamar lain pada hari yang sama dan bahkan mendapatkan peningkatan. Dengan aplikasi yang tepat, layanan kamar, dll. Dapat dipesan dengan cepat dan mudah dari ponsel Anda. Spa juga dirancang dengan indah dan mencakup kolam renang, kolam pusaran air, sauna, hammam, dan layanan pijat. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, Taksim Square dapat dijangkau dalam 5 menit, namun kawasan masih cukup sepi. Kami akan menginap di hotel ini lagi untuk menginap di Istanbul.

Gadis yang tidak membantu di sana, Duygu, sangat ramah dan berbicara bahasa Spanyol dengan sangat baik. Kami akan kembali ke tempat itu tanpa ragu. Ruangan itu sangat nyaman.

I highly recommend this lovely hotel with a great team. Everything was excellent breakfast, room, location, staff, etc. We had a great stay for 5 nights. I want to thank dear Mrs. Beyza and dear mr. Eray. They are two angels at the reception. So friendly and helpful. Also a big thank you to dear oznur Ulu from the reservation department. I annoyed her with emails many times, but i always got a quick response and everything was exactly as i wanted. Dont forget to use the hamam at the hotel as well. That was a fantastic experience.

I stayed at Occidental taksim for four nights and would choose to stay here again. It is one of the best value hotels in taksim. The reception desk, housekeeping, pool and spa attendant - everyones hospitality shined. The room was very clean and there was no visible dust or dirt anywhere. The common areas were also very well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of hot dishes, fruit, cheese, bread and pastries. All the meat was processed so not to my liking so i ate vegetarian options for the duration of the meal. Very central location with direct bus drop off straight from the airport.

Hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan. Staf yang sangat ramah, layanan yang unik, kamar single yang luas, sarapan prasmanan yang luar biasa, sangat murah hati. Makanan di restoran sangat rata-rata, kebersihannya bagus, tapi bisa ditingkatkan jika Anda tinggal beberapa hari. Sepadan dengan hotel batu 3- 4 di kota Swiss.

Im happy with the hotel, everything is excellent, in my opinion, including the rooms and the breakfast, which was all delectable and had a wide variety, the treatment was excellent, and all the staff members speak english and some have some spanish. The wifi was the only drawback, as my traveling companion was a little older and was constantly disconnected and couldnt access it again, which was a little inconvenient. Our cleaner, sema, deserves our gratitude. Without a doubt, i would return to the hotel.
