The hotel personell wene very Nice and helpful the manager Anja was Nice she ordered AirPort transfer for us and booked different tours for us and we were absolutely satisfied with our hotel

When booking this hotel I didn't realize that my apartment would be a good 10 minute walk from the actual hotel. Anyway my apartment was very clean and airy. Sometimes it felt like that I was in a London flat. The toilet was very small.

Great location!! The place was walking distance from restaurants, Sultanahmet Mosque, Aya Sofya and other places of tourist interest. The staff was quite friendly and was available throughout the night which was perfect!! However would have loved if there was an intercom phone in the apartment to call the reception. It was quite cold and the apartments were a different building to the hotel and the reception was in the hotel. So had to brave the cold everytime we needed the reception. But overall great experience!

It started by checking in but got two terrible hotel room . Next morning they moved us to our right apartment.suprisingly clean. Only thing our bunk bed was nearly falling apart. The staff and everything else was perfect. Due to this experience we will always look for a apartment rTher than a room.

We booked the room with the view of the Bosphorous, but the front desk initially tried to check us into another room, but once we clarified, we were led to our own room, which was a very large one and had two windows, both overlooking the Bosphorous beyond the old city walls, which were only a few feet from the hotel. Wonderful location, great and friendly staff. The breakfast could be improved slightly, but that's another story.

A 2 pas de la mosquée bleue, hotel très bien placé. Les chambres sont propres et très bien équipées (appartement hotel, nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners). Il y a une petite supérette a coté pour faire des courses. Tous les sites mosquee bleue, sainte Sophie, top kapi, citerne basilique sont accessibles à pied.

Bien situé mais très beau vient la nuit car ce n'est que des murs en papier des chambres sont nettoyés tous les deux jours ce qui est très agréable et si il y a quelque chose à demander comme un lit bébé ou autre faire la demande en anglais seulement car Expedia balance tout mais en français

Séjour en famille, quartier agréable et idéal pour une visite touristique des lieux et musées. L'appartement est convenable, climatisation télé plaques chauffants micro-ondes frigo vaisselle presse—fruit... Accès sécurisé à l'immeuble. Les escaliers pour accéder aux étages sont par contre assez raides et étroits. Le nettoyage est fait tout les jours entre 11h et 13h

Hôtel idéalement situé. Appartement assez grand mais mal agencé (coin cuisine trop grand et SDB trop petite). Il n'y a qu'une armoire de rangement pour 5 personnes. l’accueil est cordial.

The hotel has many different type of rooms and appartements . The description in internett is a litlle bit unprecise. It is derfor not so easy if you booked an appartement for 90 m2 and found that it was only 45 m2. It is not exactly defined what you have booked for. We have booked a economy App. for 5 people ( defined as 1 +1 room app) . And got at first an app. in basement , one I definitely have not booked. And it was very small, about 30 m2 . After a little discussion with the manager we got an bigger app. on the second floor but in another house. I am not sure if it the right booking, but we are satisfied with this, the app. is clean and comfortable. And the personal were very helpful.

Beware the apartments do not belong to the hotel. The apartment is clean but simple. The electrics were a little scary but it had everything you would need for everyday. Go direct with the hotel to get a room but apartments I would not really recommend.

I booked this place because we were travelling with 4 people and thought an apartment would be best. It was cramped and didn't look at all like the pictures showed. It was in a scary area and we heard crying and yelling into the night. It did not seem like a safe place. Our 2 GROWN children had to sleep in single BUNK beds. The bathroom was itybity. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast in the morning though and the location was great for walking to sights that we wanted to see.

CATASTROPHIQUE Nous avions réservé du 23/10 au 31/10 , nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants, l'appartement se trouve au sous sol en guise une lucarne en guise de fenêtre avec une vu imprenable sur les poubelles et les roues de voiture stationné devant qui empêché le peu de lumiére de rentrée dans l'appartement. le lit superposé complètement instable pas de de barreau sur l'échelle pour monter sur le lit du haut. Le lit d'appoint qui tenait grace a une grosse pierre (juste hallucinant) le matelas avec des trous , et cerises sur le gateau le taux d'humidité était au moins de 200%.Nous avons demandé a être changé de chambre quitte a payer un peu plus mais personne a voulu nous répondre .Le lendemain matin après une nuit horrible nous avons changer d'hôtel nous avons donc perdu 520 euros.
