The location is good, although there aren't many shops nearby. The room is also clean and convenient. The desk was fantastic. The hotel is in a quiet area, and there is no noise. The bathroom is good, and the furniture of the room is good.

First of all, the staff was very helpful when we arrived, and the evening staff was very pleasant. The room was a family room with no view and wasn't as big as I anticipated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the waterfall shower. All of the toilets in Istanbul appeared to have a bidet in it, which was great. Cleaning was hit-and-miss, and this was where it lost points. The room was never mopped despite the fact that we were there for two weeks, and towels weren't always given. The hotel itself lacks much seating or an outdoor seating area. No pool either, and the spa downstairs is a complete rip-off, it appears to have nothing to do with the hotel, but they should have some influence on pricing. Bow for any country you come from. The location was good for us because we didn't want to be in the center of all the hustle and bustle. There are two nearby malls, the metropolis and the water garden both were great especially for kids. I would stay again but would prefer a room higher up and real beds for the kids rather than a shared sofa bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, however, the hotel maintenance must be improved. The room smells bad while I was there. Ideal for 23 business trips and city sightseeing. Ensure that it's located on the Asian side of the city, so using public transportation other than taxis is difficult.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. We expect a bigger bathroom, but it was small. Breakfast was good, but if you arrived a bit late, some of it ran out. Quite far from city center so don't expect to enjoy Istanbul city center on foot.

Do we ultimately choose the one floor which only has three rooms? It had a balcony and was huge. It was also spotless and well-furnished. The only drawback is that the air conditioner didn't turn on when we left the room. It's not nice if there are over 30 I outside and your room is as hot as it used to be. I understand that energy savings is important right now, but maybe timing the operation is a good idea. Breakfast, especially the fresh goods, was excellent. The restaurant did also provide tasty food and the waiter was very friendly, even though his English wasn't so good. The front desk staff was very professional and spoke excellent English. The Park Inn will be the hotel of my choice when visiting our new partner because it has its office within walking distance.
