I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm, genuine smiles that made me feel right at home. Their friendliness and helpful attitude truly stood out throughout my stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean – my room was spotless, the common areas were well-maintained, and every corner reflected a high standard of hygiene. The attention to detail in cleanliness gave me great peace of mind. I was also impressed by the comfortable ambiance and the overall service quality. The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, always with a cheerful demeanor. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where cleanliness and hospitality come first. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly central and convenient. All major attractions, restaurants, and shops were within easy walking distance, which saved us so much time. Public transport links are also just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was quiet and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city. Truly the perfect base for both sightseeing and business. I left feeling completely satisfied and would definitely return.

Perla Pura Hotel’de konaklamamdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otelin temizliği, düzeni ve genel ortamı çok iyiydi. Özellikle güler yüzlü çalışanlarla karşılaşmak ayrı güzel bir detaydı. Ayrıca resepsiyonda görev yapan Melisa Hanım’a ilgisi, yardımseverliği ve samimi yaklaşımı için ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim. Misafirlerle çok güzel ilgileniyor. Tekrar İzmir’e gelirsem tercih edeceğim yerlerden biri olacak.

Emplacement super, nous avons adoré le shopping, la proximité à kordon et Kemeralti, le choix des restaurants et transport en commun, vraiment parfait! La responsable de l'hotel toujours à l'écoute de l'amélioration, dommage pour la chambre un peu bruyante, et odeurs desagreable venant des douches. Mais rien à dire pour le confort et l'hygiène des chambres 10/10
