I heartily endorse it. It is one of the nicest hotels ive ever stayed in, the personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. The hotel is conveniently located in taksim and is easily accessible. They exceeded my expectations, so i would stay there again on my next visit to premist.

During our threeday trip to instanbul, we stayed at this hotel. This hotel is really simple to find if you are a tourist and are visiting taksim for the first time. Its conveniently located on istiklals siedway, making it ideal for those of you who want to explore this area without having to travel too far from the metro and main roads. Due to its location, its only drawback is that there is noise coming from outside bars during the evenings, even on weekdays. If you want an early nights sleep, it is best to have earplugs because it has them all. But that is essentially commuting locations with tourists. Moving along, the hotel staff was excellent at providing assistance. Although we couldnt speak turkish, our daily english communication was smooth, and they were eager to assist us with directions or recommendations. One of the friendliest and most helpful employees i had the pleasure to work with. The room was small to average in size, but it was ideal as suited for resumption. I had no trouble communicating with them because they didnt understand chinese, yet they werent afraid to move around without feeling restricted. There were plenty of hangers for hanging our clothes, which was likewise large. Last but not least, breakfast was fantastic for such sized hotels. Everything was freshly prepared and fresh

The location is in the center of turkey. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and a nice place to stay for fun mornings and nights. Comfortable beds. A secure and safe place where you can stay and enjoy.

I will give this experience a perfect score of 4.5 stars. The first night was tense and noisy due to some issues outside. When i complained in the morning, they changed our room within an hour. This is the best customer service ive ever had. Yasin and saleh were very helpful. Will definitely be back with my family.

I adore it. Perfect thank you for the breakfast, which was excellent. The reception was fantastic. Traveling with a newborn, im so happy for an elevator and sytay room. Excellent location near restaurants, markets, and main street.

I would rate this hotel 5 stars with a few comments. The location is close to all modes of transportation, shops, and everything. Very clean hotel, quiet and very well located. Staff are always helpful and available. Special thanks to ibtissam who was attentive and helped us especially with her bilingual skills (Arabic and turkish) and who brought us umbrellas when it was raining, to Filis for her smile and the excellent cleaning of the room, as well as to Yacine at the reception for his kindness and helpfulness. Breakfast is delicious and fresh. There is no bucket for bathing in the bathroom. Every time the wifi connection requires authentication, it needs authentication.

This was the best hotel ive ever been to istanbul for the third time. The location is excellent, the rooms are also nice, and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options. I know there are better hotels, but it depends on how much you paid for them, so this one is totally worth it for what they have.

I would return and stay here again. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. The location is great, shops are right outside the door. Taksim square is only a 2minute walk away. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly some staff members spoke some english but even the employees who couldnt speak english tried their best to help you and were extremely respectful. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned every day by the friendly cleaning lady. Breakfast wasnt the best, but there are places to go and eat anywhere outside so it didnt bother me.

I recommend this hotel. It is in excellent condition and is conveniently located near the citys busiest area. Everything that makes up the turkish experience is right there for you to enjoy. This hotel is a good option for those who want to combine relaxation with fun.

The hotel is in the center of istiklal street. Very clean, the receptionist is helpful. The housekeeping staff are also very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe during our stay. Breakfast has a good variety too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!.
