They treated me like a family. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean and room was big. The food is excellent. Beach is nice and clean. The location is perfect.

We didn't stay at the hotel but spent the day at the hotel's beach club 29. Venue and decor were quite good. The sea is among the best in Drum Tikcic. It's not a large beach so it's not too crowded even on a sunday. Food of course was delicious as 29 is one of Istanbul's top restaurants.

Gerek konumu gerekse çalışanların güleryüzlü ve ilgili olması nedeniyle fazlasıyla memnun olarak ayrıldık. Kahvaltısı oldukça güzel bunun yanında otel içerisinde beach ve restaurant olması da tercih sebebi. İlk fırsatta tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

The atmosphere is fantastic every evening. I decided to return this year. The hotel has been renovated. It now has the feel of a luxury boutique hotel. The restaurants and beaches are the best parts of this place for me. Excellent service and excellent food. The evening restaurant is very romantic. You eat on the water, before turning into a lounge bar for after-dinner drinks.

The restaurant was terrible. Lunch options were very limited, and the costs were high. The employees were excellent, some of the restaurant personnel was patient and unprofessional. It's great to chill out in the evenings in a room with a terrace. The downside was that the fridge didn't work, there was no tea or coffee making, and the room did not have slippers. The pool area was lovely and tranquil, but there was no bar and no service to the pool. The sea is lovely, and the beach is tranquil. There is no bum bum music, which is also pleasant. The water is a little salty and chilly. Personally, I liked it.

The newly refurbished rooms, beach, restaurant, and club are all fantastic. The staff is quite friendly and the service is excellent. Because the well-known 29 club is now the hotel part where you can enjoy your drum nights and in the morning relax by the sea, the beach is really only a 2-minute walk from your room. I am definitely coming back the next year for a longer period. Maybe I can arrange another escape from the city before the summer ends.

This stay was totally mixed feelings. The property is clean and the sea side is amazing with beautiful sea. They have not invested in service at all. It was a total hassle to get your drinks and service anytime in the day. So many servers but no one owns your table. The ala carte prices are unreasonably expensive, more than five star restaurants with the worst service. So stay at your own risk!!!

Tum guzel yorumlara saygilarimi sunarak baslamak istiyorum. Otelin restorani(Blue topaz)ve beach i(colonie beach) baska bir isletmeye ait ve o isletme isini gayet iyi yapiyor ona gore de para aliyor zaten. Ozellikle colonie beach calisani fuat beye saygilarimi sunuyorum guler yuzu ve saygisiyla cok ilgili bir calisan. Otele gelince odamiz cok bakimsizdi dus kabini kirikti klima kumandasi ve telefon yoktu oda temizligi kesinlikle ustunkoru yapiliyordu odaya dondugumuzde yerlerde saclarimizi buluyorduk surekli tuvalet kagidi sampuan pike istemek durumunda kaldik. Gece belirli saatte pike istemek icin(odada tel olmadigindan resepsiyona ulasmak mumkun diil) resepsiyona gittigimizde yetkili bulmak cok zor oldu.kahvalti cok vasattı.otel mudurunun asiri ilgisi ve misafirperverligi bile bu eksiklikleri golgede birakamiyor maalesef.herkese iyi tatilleerrr🤗
