A fantastic hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, cordial, and efficient in providing services. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are excellent, etc. I would like to suggest this hotel. Abdullah and his colleagues provide exceptional customer service!.

This hotel is fantastic and will make you feel at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Liked We stayed in the suite room, it is very large, clean and comfortable. Loved the cleaning services and the large amazing bathroom. Disliked Nothing serious, just we got a room with windows looking into the backyard, so it was always dark inside (cant really see the sky from there because of the tall building next to it.

Very good hotel, with cleaning facilities, a spacious room, and excellent water pressure. The internet speed and the staff were very friendly and polite, particularly mr. Abdulla in the reconciliation, who were extremely helpful and eager to assist us with any issues.

The room is spacious, very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also good, the fresh honey goes well with everything. Location is great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. I will definitely come back for both vacation and business purposes.

A fantastic experience. The only hotel i ever reserve when visiting turkey. While we were there for an extended period, the personnel went above and beyond to ensure my partner and he were at ease. Beautiful and immaculate rooms are provided on a regular basis. Custom orders are also accepted for the buffet breakfast, which is always excellent. Excellent location and helpful staff who are always available to answer any questions you may have. A 5star experience!.

Ive stayed at the renata hotel three times. It has become my home in istanbul since i last visited. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Very cozy stay. Excellent breakfast. Staff is really helpful. Many thanks for everything. Well see you again.

We almost always enjoyed the restaurant and bar area. The bed is cozy and spotless. They served a delicious breakfast. And then, the location is excellent, its close to public transportation and all of Istanbuls jewels. After that, they have tv facilities. Subsequently, rooms are roomy and big.

This is an exceptional hotel, from the receptionist to the departure, you will feel at home, the cleanliness is beyond doubt, and the rooms are very spacious and wellorganized. Its a very nice hotel and we will be back with love. The location is very strategic, it is easy to reach by metro. Thank you to all staff for the most beautiful stay in Istanbul.

We stayed at the renata hotel as a family of three (2 adults and an infant) for three days on wuick trip to turkey. We chose the premium room with tv and it was the best coho ice we made. The room was spacious and comfortable. Decor is beautiful and homey. It was very clean and new. Hotel location was perfect, walking distance to nisantasi shopping area with many restaurants, cafes and service centers nearby. All the staff at this hotel are very helpful and kind. They made our stay memorable. Will choose the location on our next visit!.

Dont judge by the appearance. The hotel is fantastic. Although the location isnt ideal, the rooms are clean and very wellmanaged. Nice staff and room facilities are better than i expected. I will be back next time.

Ive stayed at this hotel before, and im not going to be staying there for the first time because i am completely satisfied with my decision. The location is excellent, just a 2minute walk from the osmanbey metro station, which will take you to Istanbuls most picturesque areas in no time. Many thanks to Abdullah for all of his efforts to make us happy during our stay, the hotel service is topnotch. He always had emoji and was always willing to answer any questions. Saneim was also very welcoming, we had nothing left to wish for at breakfast, she was very friendly. Every day, they cleaned the rooms, but they are spotless. Ill return. See you next time!

It was a wonderful experience to spend the winter here. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It wasnt hiccups and you didnt have to haggle for monetary value.

This was our second time staying here, and it didnt let us down. We were a couple with squids and i forgot his name at the desk. His english was excellent, as was his ability to assist us with anything. Their breakfast was fantastic, simit was so delicious that he couldnt stop eating it. They also cooked us eggs at our request, which were attentive and not too needy. When my son was making messes, they were very nice to help him, but when it was lunchtime and we couldn't get anything to feed him we tried their cooking service for pasta and its so amazing! They offered to hold our luggage in the morning when we arrived, allowing us to explore Istanbul without our bags. Checking out was also great, with late checkout and they also held our baggage as we continued to travel around turkey. The location is excellent because there are sok grocery stores across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Advice for this hotel, bring your own if you intend to use it because it wasnt empty of silverware or dishes. I wish they had some detergent, though it doesnt matter. Overall, great value for our stay!.

This hotel is the best accommodation ive ever stayed in in turkey, this is my seventh visit and it far exceeded my expectations and was better than any other hotel i have remained at. The room is super clean, the breakfast is great and the staff is attentive and exceptionally professional. Restaurant staff, housekeeping, receptionists. Thank you to mr. Abdullah who had made a short notice edit in the guest number before our arrival, he even made me feel comfortable about my stay before we arrived, also dr Kurut at the reception has always been friendly and helpful. Hassan and other restaurant ladies are smiling, welcoming, polite, and very attentive. Thanks to everyone for making our stay and amazing experience so memorable. Room service is fast and food is very delicious, we tried pizza, which ill highly recommend. We were able to sleep well during our 5 night stay thanks to the excellent isolation of the room. Also, there is no sound from the air conditioner in your room, but it works perfectly. Perfect location only 3 minutes from osman bay metro and bus stop. Everything is close by money exchange, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. It is also around 7 minutes walk from citys nisantasi mall. Taksim is only one metro stop away, 1 stop to Cevahir mall, 2 stops to Zorlu mall

All the staff were very kind and helpful, and the facilities, including the bedrooms, are very clean and modern. I will never forget their assistance with cargo and shipping my belongings and luggage to saudi arabia.

Turkey served as the second stop on this journey. After spending two nights near the blue mosque, i moved here. Transportation is convenient even though it is not in the city center. It is quite peaceful because the hotel is located away from main street. Excellent service, warm and welcoming! The room is tidy and roomy!.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and their response time is excellent. Their cleaning is impeccable, the rooms are super clean. Its location is ideal because it is close to everything, just stepping 15 minutes walk from any location you need. My only comment is that they need better pillows, but thats about it.
