This is my 5th time staying at this little boutique hotel. I love this place. The price is fair so the room is good. However, the street is not fairy, but there is no problem with it. and it was very close to the main area of Tokyo. The street is not fairy but it is nice.

We will leave this hotel tomorrow. In addition to the fact that I still await the guarantee they blocked from my card but they said I should have it this week, so I am on hold with this so I can't say yet that there was a problem with this aspect. When the week ends, I all return with updates on this aspect everything was very nice with this place. Clean room. Towels changed, sheets also, toiletries, instant coffee and tea in the room with hot water electric kettle. The rooms are decent as a size for a small hotel. Had no problem with hot water or bad odors room no staff speaks English and they have always been helpful with all our requests. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from takumi, the area where you take bus, subway, and funicula. For all of these it is best to buy the istanbul section. Turkish liras are the price, and once topped up, you can use it on all type of transportation except taxi and uber. You can use one card max 4 persons. Taxis will always scam you so better use uber or an app for taxis where you can find places to eat and coffee shops. The main tourist street, Istalan, is 7 minutes on foot from the hotel where you can spend an excellent time again. Its very busy, so take care of your belongings. I can say

A nice hotel close to Takumi Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is friendly and gave good service, and the room is beautiful. From here, you can walk in all directions by metro, tram, or just on foot.

The location of this hotel is close to Haves Bus Station and 5 minutes walk from this hotel. The room was spacious, has a comfortable bed and is also well furnished. The AC in the room was noisy.
