This hotel is located in a prime location in the old city. Many important historical sites are within walking distance. Sirkeci tram station is only 2 minutes away, which can direct you to other tourist attractions and transportation. The staff was helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. There is tavern on the roof that serves breakfast buffet. Everything is very clean. Smaller than i expected. Thats my only complaint. But it was cosy room. No noise. Bed was comfortable!.

My family and i stayed in turkey for one week and spent the entire 7 days there. If we ever return to turkey, we will definitely stay here! I cant express how happy ive been with the hotel - it is simply exceptional and the best hotel that he has ever remained in. The staff was always friendly and helpful, treated us like family, and made our stay unforgettable! When we had a problem with supper by opulent sightseeing guide not affiliated with this hotel, the front desk employee called him from his phone to fix it for us. It was really sweet since rooster didnt have to do it. They all just went above and beyond for them. Also, they have incredibly beautiful rooftop restaurants with breathtaking views of the city and bosporus. We couldnt wait to go up there and enjoy our breakfast on the roof every morning. And what if breakfast was! Breakfast options are so plentiful and everything is so fresh and delicious! One morning we even received bottled orange juice and cast iron pan with freshly cooked sizzling eggs on it! This hotel speaks louder than words about how much my family enjoyed staying there, which explains more than any words. Additionally, location is unbeatable. Sultanahmets main attractions are within walking distance, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! The housekeeping was excellent, as was the room. There were scales available in the

The location is excellent, and the hotel and rooftop restaurant are excellent. They serve a good food selection and eat primarily from san francisco. The service is good, the rooms are nice but small, with all amenities required for idly 3 star hotel value for money for all types of tourists.

Very pleasant trip and happy staying at seres hotel. Breakfast was excellent for me. Our room was also great. Marmaray is very close. Tramway is nearby. Eminonu is a 10minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean service perfect. Thank you for everything.

This hotel is fantastic. Weve been there twice already. The rooms are modest but clean, the service is firstrate, and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast is excellent, with a great location for shopping, historical sites, as well as many turkish restaurants close by.

Our stay at seres hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful and nice, they try their best to communicate with visitors, especially the breakfast staff who were super nice very friendly and mr. Ali took care and dedication to make our stay even more special. Overall the hotel is worth the stay and its location is near everywhere. Highly recommend staying here when visiting turkey.

This hotel is excellent, conveniently located near the bazaar and boasts the most amazing restaurant! Although the rooms are somewhat compact, if you can, consider booking a suite room, which is spacious and equipped with amenities like bottled water, tea, and coffee. The cleaning service provided is satisfactory. For the seven floors, the hotel has an elevator. Additionally, they offer complimentary airport transfers!.

The hotel boasts high quality and stylish design. Additionally, there is a rooftop mezze restaurant on the roof, which serves as upscale dining options. Our honeymoon experience was truly delightful. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to our overall experience.

I have a great experience with this place. The rooftop restaurant bar is the best in turkey, and the view is very good. This place has an excellent standard. But what this hotels excels at is its staff. These are truly wonderful people who really make you feel appreciated as if you are pampered as guests. Special thanks to ali and his team turgay and didem. Ali really did everything in his power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms may appear small to some, but we were comfortable. And then, the breakfasts are delicious. After that, theres a lovely flowerdecorated veranda on the rooftop where breakfast is served. Subsequently, they always willing to assist. Hereafter, this location is ideal for those who dont want to leave the historic center.
