It was fantastic, the food is surprisingly good for it’s price-tag. The hotel offers a great view of Gümbet, however the only downside is the puking Polish guy who literally only drinks vodka with sprite to kill himself.

What else could I say? I would not stay here again to save my life! Possibilities are the staff friendly and pleasant. The space was pleasant but average. Food was adequate, but all Turkish, so if you're not into that, this would be a nightmare. Cons Unless you're an Olympic athlete, this location is a nightmare! There are so many stairs to climb without lift access. With a family and a baby this was an inconvenience having to move a pushchair up the stairs. The location is unclean. Everything is up and down huge hills and what is nearby is not recommended. Again, everything is extremely cheap and tacky and completely dusty. You're going to be disappointed unless you decide to walk around or mirror, so avoid!. The hotel exterior is rotten. Looks like a dust pit. The beach was trash. Tiny, heavily man-made, broken horrible concrete pathway. While the rooms were nice, the refurbishment was apparently rushed, with paint stains everywhere. The room itself was clean but the balconies were dingy. No bin in the room, no phone, and no amenities so the ambiance is rotten and unreliable. The hotel lobby was completely dirty, if you want to return it. Quite old and demands full return. The spa was horribly expensive and small. I didn't even want

The breakfast is fully inclusive which works out if your spending the majority of your time there. We chose a bed and breakfast because we knew we would only need breakfast and be out the majority of the day. There were many breakfast options and even an omelette station, which was a big bonus, as I didn't find this at other hotels in Turkey. Its a family hotel, so they have fun for the kids and other things. The room was nice and large, we had a family room even though it was only my husband and me, but it wasn't very well looked after, paint was peeling off the walls, the shower quickly went from hot to cold. The biggest downfall was the elevator story or lack of one. It's true there is no elevator and a million stairs, but the greatest issue was that we had no help with our bags when we got there at the end of our stay and none of the staff helped us. When we got there, they did help me, but my husband had the heavy bags. Everyone is good about the staff's poor English and appear not to want to deal with your nonsense. When you ask a question and they respond, "I don't know," or simply ignore you, no one greets you in the morning. The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area, and the travel agents

Otel genel olarak iyi personel güler yüzlü ilgili odaları temiz ama eksiklikleri var.Klima bakımları yapılmalı aşırı ses oluyor.Aile olarak degilde bekar olarak gidilir otelin genelinde aileden cok bekar vardı çokta rahat ettik diyemem.Havuz ve yemekler iyilestirilebilir cesit cok olmasina ragmen yerel yemeklerimizden cok karman corman seyler vardı.

Genel olarak güzel bir tatil yaptık. Yemekleri çok lezzetli. Havuz birazcık küçük ama yeterli oluyor çok kalabalık olmadığında. Biz 1 yatak odalı aile odasında kaldık. Yataklar güzeldi. Oda dizaynı güzeldi. Banyo iyiydi fakat biraz daha temiz olabilirdi. Ufak tefek eksiklikleri var tabi havlu şampuan vs. Ama genel anlamda tatmin edici bir otel diyebilirim beklentiniz çok yüksek değilse. Turist yoğunluktaydı zaten. Otelin etrafı açık olduğu için biraz rüzgar rahatsız edebiliyor.

The staff is not really friendly, barelly no one speak english, it's seems like they don't want to work there. When you ask something at the reception it always take too much time. The housekeeping team, is not cleaning every day.....

Staff were not attentive and seemed like a chore for them to do anything for you. None spoke English which was a challenge. The hotel pictures are nothing like the hotel, the room was not looked after, fridge didn't work, floor in room was filthy. Food was ok, pretty similar every day. Bed was comfortable and clean. Pool was ok a bit smaller than expected.

Jeg vil ikke anbefale dette hotel. Ud over manglende Wifi, så var der mange utilfredstillende ting ved hotellet. Blandt andet var flere ting i dårlig stand og sengen var enormt ubehagelig at sove i. Vi havde kun en enkelt overnatning, men det var nok til, at vi aldrig kommer igen. I øvrigt oplevede vi også, at der gik en herreløs hund rundt i lobbyen uden at hotellets personale gjorde noget.
